This company is a scam. Do not use! If I could give no stars I would. The only good reviews on here are from the foreigners who operate this scam. I mistakenly thought I had booked the Meet & Greet at Stansted but it is not. You can tell by the spelling and grammar mistakes that is not the official meet & greet service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will not be there to meet or greet at either end of your journey, will use your car for their own purposes and accrue parking tickets & fines on your behalf.

I booked a 7-day Meet & Greet parking service with SC Parking Ltd through Compare Your Parking and paid approximately £65. In addition, I was required to pay £13 (not £10 as stated) to enter and exit the airport short-stay car park.

The service did not operate as advertised. I was instructed to park in the Orange Car Park directly outside the terminal, but on arrival I was told to use the Green Car Park and walk approximately 10 minutes to the terminal.

On my return journey, I followed the collection procedure and called 30 minutes before arriving, as instructed. After landing, I called again and advised that I would be through passport control and baggage collection in around 30 minutes. I was told to collect my vehicle from Orange Car Park, Row D, within a 40-minute window.

When I arrived, neither my vehicle nor a representative was present. I then had to make five further calls and wait approximately one hour for my vehicle to be delivered. During these calls I was repeatedly placed on hold and my concerns were dismissed. Several other customers appeared to be experiencing the same issue.

I paid extra specifically for a Meet & Greet service and instead experienced delays, poor communication, additional charges and a lengthy wait after a flight. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

Beyond abysmal. Didn't know where to meet us when we dropped off the car, then used the car for a personal shopping trip on the morning we dropped it off and got a parking ticket which I am now having to pay because they don't want to help.

Avoid at all costs, cowboys like this shouldn't be allowed to run a business

Got parking tickets in my car and I had to hound them for three weeks to get it paid. Shocking customer service, ignored messages, put phone down several times. I literally had to hound them and call at 6:30am to even get a response. My advice is to never never never use this company and if it was possible to give minus 5 stars I would. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Don’t use this service they was using my car and I got parking ticket

We booked our meet and greet to avoid stress at the airport, it was anything but.
As per our instructions we tried to call the number given to us 20 minutes prior to arrival no reply, I made a further 28 calls with NO reply we made our way to the Orange car park as advised in our paperwork, there were. O representatives anywhere. Thinking that maybe we were on the wrong Orange car park we made our way out costing £10. We went to the Orange car park next door where a representative advised that this was the incorrect car park and needed to go back to the one we had just come from, I still continued to call the number given, we went back to the original CP still there were no representatives anywhere, by this time we were worrying about our flight book in so had to find alternative parking, we made our way to the Long Stay CP only to be advised it was pre-bookings only so made our way to the Mid-Stay. On return this cost us an extra £150 on top of the £20 and our original fee to this company.
Since returning home, have I emailed them no response, tried calling them several times, eventually someone did answer the phone, I tried to explain my problem and he just hung up on me. They couldn’t care-less.
I will NOT leave this, I WILL take further action, this company should be held to account😡

I am giving it one star as I can’t give none, we parked car at meet and greet Stansted airport, left a full tank of petrol and found it had been emptied whilst in their care, the petrol cap had not been forced so it was obviously someone with access to car keys. I have put in a complaint but their customer services are not open so could only do it online, awaiting to hear back from them but am not holding my breath. Will never park there again.

Avoid use this service. At the time to drop off the car, we didn’t receive any document/paper from the company, about they were taking the car with them. As we had a flight to do we just leave it and went into the airport. But the worst was at the time to collect our car, this company didn’t respect the delivery hours, making my husband wait at the airport for the car be delivered more than an hour!!!!! I trying to make a formal complaint but nobody wants to be responsible about it, the web chat didn’t reply at the moment we said we had issues. I am giving them a courtesy time to reply before take further actions with citizen advice. An awful experience!
