I recently visited Medicadent for a teeth cleaning, and I’m very happy with the service I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dentist was thorough and gentle during the cleaning, explaining each step along the way.

Medicadent has taken care of me. Ive undergone 4 implants and was treated with the utmost respect and care. They helped me with arrangement of transportation as well and were always available when and if i had any questions, which after and operation I always did. They are very thorough and reliable. My partner and I came to MedicaDent from the UK. After doing a lot of research online about dental implants and overall oral health, we decided we wanted treatment from a biological/biodentist clinic. We specifically chose zirconia ceramic implants and crowns for the best biocompatibility.

At first, we visited one of the highest-rated biodentists in London. We paid £1,000 just for the consultation and treatment plan. I needed one tooth extracted and three implants in total. My partner’s situation was much worse — she needed seven teeth extracted and eight implants, plus hygiene treatment and removal of her amalgam mercury fillings. The quote we received in London was almost two years’ salary for me 😅 — completely unaffordable.

That’s why we started looking at other options. After researching several clinics in Turkey, we chose MedicaDent because of its excellent reviews and convenient travel connections. We were a bit hesitant about dental treatment in Turkey due to the common warnings that “Turkish dentistry isn’t good.” But since we needed comprehensive treatment at a much lower cost, we decided to give it a try — and the price difference was huge.

We don’t have prior experience with dental implants to compare against, but we are extremely happy and satisfied with the service at MedicaDent. We especially recommend Dr. Zafer for implants — from all the clinics we researched, he seems to be one of the most experienced doctors we’ve come across.

The entire staff at the clinic is professional, friendly, warm, and welcoming. They pay close attention to every small detail and to any requests or wishes we had.

I recently underwent a complex procedure at this clinic, including tooth extractions, bone grafting, and dental implant placement. I am currently in my 6th day of recovery and everything is healing beautifully!

I came all the way from the United States for dental work at Medicadent, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I had 6 implants placed by Dr. Zafar Kazak, followed by crown creation and placement by Dr. Nur Gürgen and the experience exceeded every expectation.

First, the level of technology and precision used at this clinic rivals, if not surpasses, what I’ve seen in U.S. practices. From digital imaging to 3D planning, every step was carried out with cutting-edge equipment and meticulous attention to detail. What truly amazed me, though, was how holistic and patient-focused the entire process felt.

Dr. Zafar’s surgical skill is phenomenal. I experienced zero swelling or complications, and felt completely fine the very next day. I flew halfway around the world to meet with the team at Medicadent—that’s how confident I felt in their expertise after researching their dental work.

I first discovered Medicadent in a Facebook dental group, and after spending some time on their website and reading through countless positive reviews, I knew they were the right fit for me and the dental work I needed to have done.

Despite the time difference, they responded quickly and professionally. I emailed my X-rays and received a detailed quote and evaluation from Dr. Zafer Kazak in no time. I then felt confident to immediately book my flight.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Aliz, Meryem, Lamiaa, and the entire dental office. They took care of everything—from airport pickup to hotel arrangements to clinic visits and my numerous questions. The care and hospitality were truly exceptional!

Dr. Kazak used advanced laser technology during my treatment, and to my surprise, I experienced minimal discomfort, virtually no swelling, and felt good almost immediately after surgery. Kısa süre önce İstanbul’da Dr. Zafer Kazak’ın kliniğinde tedavi oldum. Toplamda dokuz implant yapıldı ve yedi dişim çekildi. Yoğun diş hekimi korkusu olan bir hasta olarak büyük endişelerim vardı ama tüm bu korkularım yersiz çıktı.

Tedavi süreci tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi. Ne bir şişlik oldu, ne yara oluştu, ne de ağrı hissettim. Böyle büyük bir işlemden sonra bu kadar konforlu hissetmek gerçekten inanılmaz.

My dentist dr İzel Kazak was very good and professional. The Çpatient coordinator Alize Zengin was very, very helpful and kind to me - helping me every step of the way. She helped me by making appointments, reminding me of appointments and translating during the procedures. All very professional. I would recommend her highly.

Wow, where do I start? First of all, I’d like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Medicadent. This clinic truly deserves a galaxy of stars, but since I can only give a 5-star review, that will have to do!

I spent a long time researching natural/holistic dentists who understand the importance of addressing overall health and well-being when treating dental issues.

Earlier this month, I travelled to Turkey for dental treatment at a different clinic where I had two extractions and two titanium implants fitted. Unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare. The procedure was poorly done, perpetuating the stigma often associated with seeking dental care abroad. I was left in immense pain, developed an infection, and saw my existing health issues and autoimmune conditions worsen dramatically. I immediately regretted my decision.

Desperate and anxious about returning to Turkey, I started searching for a clinic that could undo the damage and restore my confidence. That’s when I came across Medicadent. From the start, their patient coordinator, Alize, was an absolute gem. She’s incredibly kind, reassuring, and always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Her excellent English made communication effortless, and knowing I could contact her anytime gave me a sense of relief.

At Medicadent, I was treated by an incredible team: Dr. Izel (TMJ dentist), Dr. Gurkan (oral surgeon), Dr. Aleyna (prosthesis dentist), and of course, Alize, who ensured seamless transitions between procedures. Even the driver was punctual and cheerful, and these little details added to the experience.

One of the main reasons I chose Medicadent was their use of advanced laser technology in most dental procedures. They explained that this technology would significantly reduce the risks associated with removing the implants so soon after placement. True to their word, the entire process was thorough and surprisingly painless. The area was meticulously cleaned using lasers, followed by low-frequency post-treatment laser therapy to support healing. The procedure was quick, and the oral surgeon kept me informed every step of the way, which really helped to calm my nerves.

The personalised care at Medicadent extended far beyond what I expected. I was even offered a delicious bowl of soup before treatment—a small yet thoughtful gesture that made the clinic feel warm and welcoming. The staff, including those in the canteen, were delightful and truly added to the homely environment.

During my visit, a sleep test revealed I needed additional support for nighttime teeth grinding and insufficient oxygen intake. Left untreated, these issues could lead to neurological problems down the line. With limited time before my return to London, the TMJ specialist and the entire team worked tirelessly to create a custom mouth guard in just 24 hours—something that typically takes days.

Medicadent went above and beyond my expectations every step of the way. Their dedication and hard work have restored my confidence in dental care, and I cannot thank them enough. I’ll be returning in a few months to complete my treatment plan, and I can do so with peace of mind knowing I’ve finally found a clinic I can trust.

Initially I thought this was a really great experience and great place. Although it was more expensive than I was expecting, I figured it must be a great place and I'm not sure if this was a one-time experience but already 2 of the fillings have fallen out and it's been just a few months.
And since I don't live in Turkey or anywhere near I am not able to return to repair them.
