I was not pleased
I was not pleased when attempting to contact the company regarding a shipment received. I called several times only to be timed out then disengaged. The AI agent repeatedly asked me to enter the phone number connected to my account. However, I made my 1st order online thus DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ATTACHED TO MY ORDER. I'm planning to end my subscription not because I'm totally dissatisfied with the products but rather because the customer service is horrible.

Zero stars if I could. Stay far away from this scam company or you’ll be out $400 for one trisl size and one full size order. I canceled after the first month and they still charged two more months. The worst part?? The product does not work at all!! So expensive and terrible product.

Do not make online orders, call to make orders
The products are good. But I made an online order and it created a monthly subscription shipment without my permission. They sent me a product and charged me $107.95 and told me if I returned it they would reimburse my money. I had to pay $17.00 to ship it back and they only refunded me $91.78, I called and asked why it was $16.17 short and they told me that's what they paid to have it shipped. Needless to say I am out $33.17 for something I did not authorize.
