Customer Service nightmare
The product is okay, but the customer service is horrible. Canceling the membership is a nightmare. I would think seriously before starting a subscription. If you want to try the product, buy it as a one time purchase. Do not get in a subscription because it's nearly impossible to get out of. This is by far the worst customer service experience that i've had in a very long time!!!!!!

Intro Kit only lasts 10 days; unadvertised subscription trap
This product may be the best ever, but the experience is dreadful !!! If you order the Introductory Kit, it is actually tiny sample sizes that don't even last two weeks if used as directed (and I was frugal). What they don't tell you up front is that if you order the Introductory Kit, they automatically sign you up for a subscription that will be $254 every three months--and it is VERY difficult to get them to cancel it. First, you can't evaluate a product with only 1-1/2 weeks of trying it, then they tell you that the next week you will be getting a 3-month supply and you really can't evaluate its effectiveness until after you have completed at least the next 3-month supply. How deceptive can you get ??? NO, it's NOT full-size products, so NO, the Intro Kit is NOT worth over $279, then they sign you up for automatic shipments without your knowledge. The product may be great--who knows ??? But the merchandising is misleading and borders on false advertising.

As part of the membership, you also receive member discounted pricing, full control of your account through the member portal, and recurring shipments for continued maintenance. Approximately one month after your first order, you will receive your full-size kit, which is designed to last for about 90 days.

Noticeably Softer & Brighter Skin
I’ve really been enjoying these skincare products. My skin feels softer, looks brighter, and has a healthier glow overall. I also appreciate that they occasionally include free bonus items with orders. In my last purchase, I received their Restorative Scalp Treatment as a complimentary gift. The only downside was that it didn’t include a pump, so I’m not quite sure how to apply it easily. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the products so far.

I have been wanting to give my honest opinion on meaningful beauty for a long time but I didn’t want to because I didn’t want to hurt Cindy. I met her in person and I really liked her and think she is a genuinely nice person. I didn’t want to say anything negative about her company. But I keep getting emails asking for a review so here is my take on meaningful beauty. The commercials are very good at convincing people to buy the products, but most of the products are garbage. I admit some of the products are great like the glowing serum. But many drugstore brands are cheaper and better. Why would anyone stick with meaningful beauty after trying the products? This company got rid of two of their best products, the moisture mask and the cleansing mask. The rest are easily replaceable. The market is now over saturated with skincare products. There are too many out there. Who are the idiots keeping this company in business? There are many options out there.
