I love the products and they work wonders for my skin, but the company's billing system is incredibly frustrating. You are automatically locked into recurring shipments that are a total headache to modify or cancel. Five stars for the skincare, but one star for customer service. Be very careful at checkout.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I had to cancel 3 times before they finally stopped sending shipments and charging me. Any company that doesn’t allow you to cancel directly is shady. It’s about a 10 step process that takes 30+ minutes to go through before you can cancel. It’s important to note that if you don’t get a cancellation email, then you haven’t actually cancelled - you’ve been lied to.

Honestly I love the product but the dishonesty that it seems that I am experienced on the website with a subscription I purposely, when I made my last order made sure that I did not sign up for a subscription. But it was hidden in there somewhere and low and behold I was charged yet again. The product I love the dishonesty or the maybe not dishonesty is the right word but the sneakiness I will not be ordering this product again shame on you. I want to order when I want to order not a subscription and the bait and switch that you use people to do with the sales it's just not cool. I saw a commercial on August 3 of this year about meaningful beauty. And so I ordered the products and paid $75 for what I thought would be a product that would arrive within 7 to 14 business days number one they don’t tell you on the commercial that it is a monthly subscription and the first shipment that you get are just small sample sizes. Number two today is September 6 and I still have not received my first shipment. Yet I got an email a week and a half ago that told me that my second shipment and also my second installment of $75 would be taken out of my account in October. Well, why don’t you start out by sending me my first shipment! And then after you send the first shipment that I already paid you for, cancel my second shipment because I was not aware that this is a subscription. This is a white collar way of robbing people without a weapon. This is a legal scam. I left a bad review previously and got a generic email from meaningful beauty, apologizing for my bad experience, but no one from the company has reached out to me nor have I gotten any emails from the company updating me on when my first order would be arriving. This is an absolute joke. If you see the meaningful beauty commercial on TV change the channel! Because it is a lie. You can go to Sephora and get the same products and not be robbed or lied to.

I ordered the $55 product but I didn’t…
I ordered the $55 product but I didn’t realize that once you order that that they’re gonna shipped to you $280 worth of more product after 30 days
I called. I talked with the people and they said OK fine you can send it back and all that kind of stuff which I have to wait till it comes and they’ll give me a credit so I went to UPS and I’m gonna send it back which is gonna cost me $20 to send back.
I called them. The customer service explained them to they gave them the tag number that’s coming back on. She said fine. OK as soon as we get it, we’ll give you a credit but will also deduct shipping and handling which means it’s gonna cost me another 20 bucks or so to get the damn stuff back to them which I did not order in the first place
As far as the products I don’t know the $50 thing was ridiculous because you don’t get enough for 30 days to start with when it’s supposed to be you know a month supplier or whatever if it works it works I don’t know but I wouldn’t do this again with these people
