McGaw Graphics Inc. Omdömen

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I purchased a giclee poster that I assumed would be a canvas. I immediately emailed and asked for a return label as I needed to EXCHANGE the poster for a canvas. The response was that they do not accept returns due to all orders being custom-made. This is so disappointing. I attempted to call and explain the situation and was again told that no returns or exchanges would be accepted. This is the first and last time I will order from this company. This could have been resolved very simply. I don't think a company that prides itself on same day orders should hide behind "custom" orders as the excuse for a poor return policy.

Picture arrived promptly. Just what I ordered.

Great customer service, very reasonable prices, tremendous selection.

Awesome customer service. Beautiful job on the print! So happy. Thanks!

The picture I ordered had significant sentimental value because I was replacing a picture I had lost that my brother had given me years ago. The order process was easy. It arrived on time in perfect condition. Thank you!

The framed print did not include the required backing and hardware to hang the frame properly. Low quality clips and fastening.

Very responsive to my needs.......thank you!!!

I’m so happy with my Frida print!

I love the picture, but for me, the shadows were a little too dark which hid some details of the photo. Otherwise, it was perfect! Arrived perfect in the mail.

The giclee prints I ordered were on high quality paper and the colors were vibrant. Prints arrived in a reasonable time, and without any creases or bends.

I love the canvas that I received from McGaw Graphics is an art work that i have been searching for for months and finally found, serendipitously, on their site. i could not believe that they could have it and read reviews of how good they were before I placed my order. When I received my canvas it was better than any i have gotten anywhere! Beautiful, clear, colors that are true and the canvas is heavy. They shipped ontime and I will definitely order more from them and their prices are more than fair for their high quality.

One of four graphics was wrong. Replacement was quickly provided w/o creating extra effort on my side.

Beautiful artwork. Heavy stock paper. Vibrant Colors. Checking my frames to see what needs an update!

Quick, efficient, functional. The time from order to shipping seemed a little long, but I was not in a hurry. The item I wanted was hard to find. They had it!!

Awesome colors, selections. Especially found the blues I was looking for a client.

I'm very pleased with the prints I purchased from McGaw Graphics. They arrived quickly and in great condition. I highly recommend McGaw.

The large print I ordered was very well packaged. It actually took me awhile to open it. Love it and the price seemed reasonable. It refreshing to be able to see the talent of these unknown arists.

Received my print well packaged and in perfect condition.

Great images, shipped quickly!
