MB&G Warranty Renewal
MB&G renewal executive Lauren Holden was very patient when dealing with me. She had to call me multiple times as unfortunately every time she called I was out involved with other matters and couldn't speak freely with her. When we finally managed to get together she was very clear and concise regarding the warranty coverage etc. I was very happy with her explanation and gladly renewed for a further year.

I spoke to Lisa who listened to my…query with compassion
I spoke to Lisa who listened to my issue and was very understanding of my siruation regarding my partner who has been very ill for a month and is due home from hospital. Due to a broken bed Lisa was able to rush my claim through so that i can have less stress when my partner returns home very soon and was worried that we did not have a bed for him to sleep on I am very grateful for her understanding at this time .

Bought gap insurance with them for…
Bought gap insurance with them for finance on my daughters car, was assured as long as the car had comprehensive insurance cover then this would be acceptable. Car is unfortunately written off but because im not a named driver they won't pay out. Completely missold a policy I paid for 3 years for. Customer service also shocking, takes days of going backwards and forwards to get anywhere. Avoid this company.

Spoke to Lauren today to set up GAP insurance, she was very friendly and transparent. It was very easy to set up, hopefully I never need to use it but if the claim process is as good as the customer service then I feel I’m in good hands.

Absolutely brilliant service everything explained and very friendly staff i was not made to feel pressure into buying this cover it was soly my choice. And for the price and what it covers give me peace of mind if anything happens to my car. Definitely recommend.

1 star is pushing it, takes your money then won’t pay out, taking this to the ombudsman to stop them doing the same to other people, complete and utter rip off company, this is the underwriter for Adrian flux, I think they need to find new underwriters

Amazing service and really friendly staff. They were even willing to phone back later if the time is inconvenient. Massive respect to Lauren for helping me understand what they were offering. If I ever need their services, I am more than likely going to use them again.
