MB Brent Park is one of the best…

MB Brent Park is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with and their price, the way they treat me as a customer was brilliant and so helpful. I compare their prices with other dealers and certainly their price was the best.
I highly recommend them to anyone who really look into purchase a nice car with price matching price.

Had a smooth satisfying experience with MB Brent Park. Mahdi the sales person was very professional and attentive towards my requirement. He patiently listened to my expectations and he provided me with best options. Communication was black and white with him which felt me more comfortable with my purchase. They were quick and accurate with paperwork. Mahdi was accommodating when I requested for extra polish and cleaning. Thanks for service.

Adam was fantastic throughout. He made the finance deal really easy to understand and the whole process smooth and stress-free. Very helpful and professional. Absolutely love my new A-Class!

Exceptional service from MB Brent Park

Exceptional service from MB Brent Park! Mahdi was brilliant from my first call right through to driving away in my new car. He was professional, friendly, and kept me informed at every stage. Haydar and Adam were also fantastic – knowledgeable, approachable, and true to their word. Any minor work we felt was needed on the car was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. They have a great selection of high-quality cars for all budgets, making it easy to find the right one with confidence. Highly recommended!

Review for MB Brent Park – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with MB Brent Park was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with.

From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. Communication was poor – calls and emails often went unanswered or were returned far too late. When I did manage to speak with someone, I was met with vague responses and empty promises.

The car I was shown looked decent at first glance, but closer inspection revealed issues that had clearly been hidden or downplayed. When I raised legitimate concerns, they were brushed off with attitude and defensiveness rather than any sense of accountability or willingness to resolve the problem.

Their after-sales support was nonexistent. Once they had my money, they made it painfully obvious that they didn’t care about my satisfaction or whether the vehicle had any issues. I was left to deal with the aftermath completely on my own.

Overall, MB Brent Park represents everything that gives used car dealers a bad name. If you’re considering doing business with them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, time, and potential financial loss. There are far more honest and reliable dealerships out there.
