Matt’s cookbook bake it better is fantastic! A great way to level up your baking skills and all 70 recipes turn out so delicious and rich like Chocolate Mascarpone Travel Cake I know you will love this beautiful cookbook as much as I do!

I’m French and my english is « average » but I still can get everything Matt is saying in his videos. First good point,

Second one is That receipes are always fancy, and I really love Matt’s personnality, he’s just like a friend you would like to have !!!

Honestly one of the best websites to follow recipes with. Everything is simple, easy to understand and follow. Videos provide a helpful guide into making even the hardest recipes. Matt himself explains each process in detail leaving no room for mistakes or misunderstanding. To be honest I've been spoilt after subscribing. No book or recipe websites are even close to bake it better.

I love Bake it Better and Matt Adlard! The recipes, teachings, and group interaction has been fantastic since I joined the class from the very beginning. Matt is available to answer questions and give advice when needed. I don’t plan on leaving the class and highly recommend it for all bakers, no matter the skill level. Matt shares so much knowledge in his virtual spot, his enthusiasm for baking is contagious! Plus I love that he created a real nice group of people who share the same passion and love learning from him. I've been a member since the very beginning, and don't plan to leave!

Recipes are great, but having the older recipes and the newer recipes in different sections is a little frustrating.

I Love this website, I got in to baking a few years ago and wanted to level up my skills. This is the perfect place to do it and it also offers a wide range of skills and bakes to try. The recipes and videos are super detailed and easy to follow. The Facebook community is great and very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend

Matt is great, his recipes are perfect if you want to elevate your baking skills. The best part is the forum where everyone shares ideas, tips and praise! It’s also fun that Matt is active in there.

This is a very good sight. Matt makes his recipes simple even a novice can follow. He gives important information in a logical way. I would highly recommend this sight for beginners or pros.

Matt’s classes are fabulous and his expertise and enthusiasm make learning and experimenting fun. Excellent value with two classes a month one building on the other to up skill levels (although you can obviously do one or the other or both). Great range of recipes covered. Well planned with clear instructions, equipment lists and a range of recipes. Great community on Facebook where you can ask questions and Matt and other bakers will help out and share bakes.

Matt is a great teacher and the fact that he taught himself means that he has a very keen eye to what a beginner and an advanced baker might miss along the way in order to have a successful product. I enjoy his quirky sense of humor. His Dickie coveralls, his mistakes and honest reporting about such and most of all I enjoy making his recipes for my family and friends. i’ve learned so much for him and been entertained by his process. I look forward to many more years of being a part of his online community. Bravo Matt!

Having decided to improve our baking we took out a subscription to Bake it Better from Matt Adlard which provides access to monthly baking projects that include written pdf recipes and videos. Recipes are tiered so ideal for beginners and experienced bakers alike. The information is laid out very clearly and Matt demonstrates each recipe in detail in an engaging manner in the accompanying videos. The subscription cost is great value for money with various options depending on your budget. The website is clearly laid out and the overall experience of Bake it Better is excellent. We recently sent an email regarding one of the recipes and received a response directly from Matt within hours. In addition there is a private Facebook group for Bake it Better subscribers which also has direct input from Matt, the group is lively, positive and helpful with lots of photos shared. If you are a keen baker or thinking of giving it a go we highly recommend Bake it Better by Matt Adlard.
