Mark replaced the battery in my MacBook and was super helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was happy with the plan before starting any work. Really appreciated how transparent and professional he was. If you need anything Mac-related sorted, I'd definitely recommend him!

The iMac had been getting slower for a year or so, but gradually got to the stage where it was unusable. We looked for a local engineer and read the very supportive reviews from The Apple Guy. I found the business extremely well organised with a straight forward 'booking in' arrangement and an almost immediate email response! Mark within a minute or two had identified the problem, a day or so later my iMac was ready for collection with a new hard drive and is now working with a significantly higher speed than it did when new! The price was incredibly reasonable and the service......Stirling!......Total delight to deal with!

Faultless service from Mark. Our aged iMac turned itself off with a horrible "No Entry" symbol on a black background. A quick Google suggested this may be 'terminal' - but an email to Mark got a response within hours ... an appointment the next day and a few days later my sick iMac was back to it's beautiful working self. Mark is incredibly knowledgable - but speaks in non "geek" speak which is very reassuring. Cannot recommend him highly enough ...

Mark was absolutely brilliant. My MacBook Pro screen was replaced on the same day and I am thrilled with the result. I was absolutely horrified to think that my Mac had reached the end of its life due to a broken screen but Mark has given it a new lease of life.

If you want the real deal from someone who is about great service, doesn’t overcharge, fixes things and keeps costs down, when it could have been simpler to replace with new and charge a higher price. Mark the Apple guy is for you.

My M1 Macbook Pro died unexpectedly, and I didn't have a backup. Not ideal, but entirely my fault! Apple quoted me around £1000 to replace the logic board, but that would result in me losing all my data. It turns out that some components had exploded and done some damage to the board. Mark was able to find and fix the problem bringing my machine back to life, and giving me all the data back. I'm very grateful and would recommend him without hesitation.

I was impressed by Mark’s knowledge and professionalism when he triaged my 2007 IMac yesterday. It is too old to be sustainably repaired, but I’ll certainly use Mark for future Mac repairs.

Mark has turned around my 2013 Mac and it is now faster than it was when new. He did it within a few days and it was returned looking like a brand new computer which I hope to get many more years of use from.
