Loved product but not packaging
I didn’t like how the product was packaged. It looked very cheaply packaged. It looked like a garbage bag with a bunch of tape on it. The product itself was very nice, but the packaging needs improvement.

Ghost Order | I am not alone?
I’m honestly surprised by how many customers seem to be in the same situation — delayed orders, no updates, and no clear communication. It’s frustrating, especially given how professional your website and brand voice appear. The experience so far hasn’t lived up to that image. I had hoped to receive it for my birthday — but clearly, that was wishful thinking.

Both platforms sell authentic Mark Ryden products, and we have hundreds of satisfied customers who have received their orders on time and without issue.
Your comment is therefore completely unfounded and misleading. Accusing us of fraud without ever having placed an order with us is not only unfair, but also confusing for other potential customers. I never got my item
I never got my item , one person emailed me said I’ll get on this asap no ever responded again or is emailing me back I need this item before I leave this Friday out of country .. please reuse this or re order it for next day shipping .
I paid a lot of money and never got the product and no one is taken care of me .

BUYER’S REMORSE
I ordered your product thinking it is an American product but turns out to be from China. I never would have bought it if I had known the truth.
I ordered through your website and paid 50% more than through Amazon.
I am disappointed with your company already even without receiving your product yet, and it has been weeks of waiting already. The delivery process is terrible and slow.
With the above experience so far, I don’t expect your product can be much better. I can’t help but thinking that this could be a scam.

Given your order date, your package should arrive by February 28th at the latest, which is still in time frame of given delivery time.

Kompliziert. Kommunikation schlecht. Dauert zu lange.
Der bestellte Rucksack war fehlerhaft. Die Schnalle zum Verschluß ist falsch montiert, sodass der Rucksack nicht vernünftig zu schließen ist. Ich habe diesen Fehler per Mail reklamiert und will den Rucksack zurücksenden. Dazu muss man sich aber an Mark Ryden wenden. Habe ich getan, aber bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Das ist schlecht.
