Should have looked at reviews, over a week emailing to return for a refund, the dress I was sent wasn't even complete, wrong material and horrible. They refuse to give a full refund and didn’t want the dress back. They left it 11 days after receiving it to give me the address to send back to China in the 14 day period if I wanted a chance of a full refund, total scam.

Absolutely scammer! The garment was cheap, the dress poor fitting, did not have a tag on, nor a size printed on the label. Trying to return the item is a nightmare!

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased, my own fault and I am just biting the bullet on this one.
After ordering 3 items, I discovered them on Temu at a fraction of the price.
I do shop on Temu so I know it can be hit and miss but I also know the dispatch process and Mark and Laura's took way longer.
The quality of the dress with 'so called denim' edging is not denim at all, some cheap silk like cloth.
Don't get caught out like i did, if you see anything on Mark and Laura's website - check it out and Temu and save yourself some money 😉

Terrible quality material, awful print quality, garment was way too small despite ordering my usual size. Customer service AI bot was very frustrating to deal with. Impossible to return items for a refund despite assurances on website. A complete scam.

The top I received vaguely resembled the top I ordered. Shocking material quality, had none of the folds shown or the voluminous sleeves, a poor man’s copy. I will never order from this site again.

The material of the jeans was absolutely appalling and they did not fit properly at all. When I requested a refund, instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was harassed with seven separate emails offering partial discounts rather than a full refund.

To make matters worse, I had to pay £27 to return the item to China, even though the package I originally received showed a London return address.

Very misleading company practices and an extremely disappointing experience overall. I would strongly advise people not to buy from this company — in my opinion, it feels like a massive scam.

What I ordered compared to what I received was laughable. These people are scammers and don't respond to emails either. Do not buy from them!

Absolute scam. The dress took 3 weeks to get to me and when it did, it looked nothing like what I thought I bought. Terrible fit, low quality fabric and prints.
The dress was sent with no paperwork and labels and to return they requested everything that was not sent in the first place. BEWARE pictures show a product that is far from what you’ll receive and returns are literally impossible.

Disgraceful, false marketing. Jacket and shirt are of cheap poorly made quality. This is a scam, cheap tat madquerading as highly reduced products. Do not purchase!!!

If I had seen these reviews before I would never of bought a thing from these scammers.
Mark and Laura LONDON what a joke.
Cheap rubbish from China and when I asked for a refund they said it had to be returned within 14 days. No way it would of got there in time. Got offered 35% refund to keep it. It is now in the bin.

I ordered a blouse 2 weeks ago. Now received and very happy with it. I have read the previous reviews and honestly, at such low prices what does anyone expect?The clothes are obviously mass produced but are fine for casual/summer wear. Not sure I would buy a winter coat though. I doubt that there would be much lining.

This company is NOT to be trusted!!! The images shown on their website are not remotely similar to the utter cheap tat they send you. They are completely unhelpful when contacted for refunds/returns and, after much badgering, offer a fraction of the cost as a refund with the goods returned to them (which you have to pay for - so you end up just as out of pocket as you were in the first place). Undoubtedly, this company makes its money from this kind of business, by just wearing people down who eventually just give up.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - and check reviews before you buy anything from anywhere as they are bound to be operating under several names!!

I, like so many of you here, fell for this scam hook, line and sinker. I am usually very careful when buying from Facebook ads, but have had great success with some purchases in the past so felt confident taking my chances on this one. Oh, how I wish I'd checked Trustpilot first! I eagerly checked the tracking page every day, excited for my beautiful, discounted dress to arrive in the post. I couldn't have been more horrified with the shoddy piece of tat that slipped weightlessly out of the packaging. Upon (finally) checking here and finding that everyone had suffered the same shock, I sent a barrage of threatening emails to 'customer service' demanding a full refund, which they refused to release without me paying the exorbitant shipping and customs fees to return it to China. This reply was vital to me getting my money back...

After about 4 or 5 back and forth emails arguing the point, I decided to take it up with my bank. Armed with screenshots of the advertised product from their website, photos clicked of the actual dress I received, the entire email trail where they repeatedly denied me a full refund, and a whole bunch of keywords like 'goods not as described,' 'misleading advertisement,' and 'seller refusing fair remedy,' I submitted a charge dispute through my banking app. Within a matter of minutes I had a notification to say that my dispute had been resolved and an hour or so later, the money was back in my account. It's a horrible feeling to find out you've been scammed but, as they say, once bitten and twice shy! We won't be falling for that one again. Hope this advice helps if you've landed here feeling desperate and outraged.

The jacket was advertised as being reduced from over £100 to £39....having received it, I wouldn't even pay a £5.
Cheap, nasty, material and no lining.

Ordered 3 items - they do not resemble what was on the pictures.
On top of that the return process is so painful and long - I keep exchanging emails for days now with them because they refuse to provide the return address. Atrocious customer service.

It’s a total scam all the things that you see on the photos are nothing like what comes and they won’t give you your money back. They just rip you off and the clothes that do come or that poor quality that awful don’t buy from this company.

The trousers when they eventually arrived were of very poor quality. They were meant to be a cotton / linen mix but they are more like a cheap polyester. On a closer look at the return policy I have to send them to China. There is no way I am going to spend more money on that. If only I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I normally only order online from respected legal companies and this is the first time I hav been scammed and I will make sure it is the last.

Scam site!!!! Stay clear. Based in China. VERY POOR QUALITY. No response on refund. Awful. AI imagery on website. Fake company

What a disgrace I will never use this company again. Wish I had looked at reviews first £40 on a dress that was no better quality than SHEIN. When I tried to return they offered me 20% refund instead when I said no they tried to barter with me and came back at 25% refund…… I said no they came back at 30%…….. u can see where this is going! I’m furious and have told them so. At this point they still have not given me return info or issued a refund. Very unhappy!
