I booked to use their services at Dubai airport for my whole family but due to the issues in the UAE and FCDO advice we had to cancel. They promised us a full refund 8 weeks ago and still they have yet to honour this. Very poor aftersales and untrustworthy
Easily the worst service we have received. Booked this for my wife traveling alone with our toddler daughter. The agents did not get any buggy and made my wife walk all the way to the gate carrying our toddler daughter. I wrote to them and got a response that buggy services are subject to availability and they never planned it advance. This is the seriousness of the service for the price we pay. Absolutely not worth it and do not recommend it anyone. We do not have to pay for an agent to walk beside us.
We had to cancel due to all flights being cancelled to Dubai. We were well within the cancellation period. It is impossible to get a refund. I have messaged every day for the past 37 days and still no refund despite repeated assurance and promises that it has been done. It has not been processed. Do not trust
We booked Emirates Marhaba Meet & Greet with assistance for a transit in Dubai, but the experience was very disappointing.
The staff was rude and unprofessional. They left my wife and young son in the middle of the airport and handed them over to another person without proper explanation. At one point, my son even fell, and the assistant didn’t show any concern or care.
There was also confusion about our booking — the assistant didn’t even know whether it was a transfer or arrival service, even though we clearly selected transfer.
Overall, this service did not meet expectations at all and added stress instead of helping. I would not recommend it.
I bought 8 hour package for my dad and he requested wheelchair.
Wheelchair assistant dropped him at wheelchair area although he showed his booking but nobody paid attention.
After lots of email and call finally someone took him to lounge. As a result, he lost 4 hours and was frustrated.
I called them and asked for partial refund but they did not accept.
I would not suggest and highly recommend not to use this company due to highly unprofessional behavior, I've paid AED 530.99 on Sept 22 for booking check in any where for my flight to JFK through Kuwait airways,they instant charged but no confirmation email , despite on phone and email no positive response..myself went to departure terminal 1 marhaba lounge and after 15 mins wait they sent me to arrival marhaba lounge due to sales desk there.
They first not entertained politely then keep me on waiting for 1.1/2 hrs and then said sorry you won't charges as yet I had multiple words with my bank and they said it's credited and hold from merchant side and marhaba reject my service stating this service isn't for USA but that's not reflected o website even.
Now they aren't releasing my funds , not responding on email and not answering properly on calls.
Same reported ministry for consumer right and really want to now file complaint on higher authorities.
I have already sent bank email to marhaba services stating clearance hold from merchant side.
Surprise for un ethical behavior , and holding my funds .. it's a cheating & need compensation.
