Payment by credit card was difficult. It took several attempts even though my bank authorised the payment.
Payment by PayPal was not possible either.
Fortunately the Easter discount made up for the inconvenience.

Per the website, you paid $59 to
- View floor plans and areas.
- Priority email and phone support.
- Construction cost estimates.
- Building tips and advice.
- Get access for 1 year.
- $59.00 Discount Code for purchasing any plan.

HOWEVER, you do not get access to the length / width of the walls or any dimensions of the house. The floorplans are not for US residents as the estimated cost are construction cost in Africa - very disappointing. My mistake - should have reached out prior to purchasing. By the way, if you are in the US don's expect a quick reply - it will be at least 12 hours before you receive a response.

It’s a great company.Delivers what you see from the very first beginning.

Great website and the plans as ordered were almost perfect. There are a couple of small glitches ( A4 vs US paper sizes which are not your fault), minor spelling errors, BoQ pre-filled. Plans are A3 which is perfect.
It meant more time to correct things. But it works for me.
Maramani were very pro-active and quick to address my issues and I can highly recommend them. Thank you

I didn't get what I wanted. An L shaped design

Very innovative and realistic house layouts/plans..may times plans are boring and predictable. These guys take time to think through it all like they walked through the house in mind and thought of every corner.

Very good customer care

They answered all the questions I had before making a payment promptly through WhatsApp, responding to messages was also quick despite being in different time zones. And the plan diagrams were emailed immediately after making the payment. The only bad thing I experienced after payment was a discount code that didn't work though I was compensated for that.

Ease of navigating and the information provided

The company was flexible enough to revise my plans according to my specifications. They were also prompt in responding to email communication.

What is the company doing well?
From a customer experience perspective, it appears as though they have employed skilled persons who are innovative and put customer first. Well, that's how I feel.

Areas of improvement... well, I think most of the plans are pretty much the same. They may change here and there in terms of arrangement, but the underlying fashion is the same. It would be nice to have a departure to something wild and crazy.

Maramani did a great job on my house plan, it came out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. The drawings are very detailed and professional. Although it took a while to complete the sets, I was kept informed at all times, they managed my expectations very well.

Maramani cares for its customers and the house plan package is excellent. It would be cost-effective for customers if the Site Plan is included as part of the plan package cost.
