After suffering a cold that I could not shake off I decided to invest in some high strength manuka honey. I bought the 1000mgo and took a spoonful daily with freshly squeezed organic lemon juice and fresh ginger
and was soon back to health.

Tasty, effective and soothing
A work colleague recommended I get this as have had a lingering chest infection for approx 3 weeks at the time. Its really helped me. It is expensive but I guess lots goes into getting it. I bought the highest dose.
