Extremely poor customer service..
Extremely poor customer service... Buyers be aware... When you visit the website and they offer you a discount as a first time buyer, they don't tell you it only applies to regular priced items... We ordered 6 jars of honey and when it arrived the expiration is less than six weeks (that means the benefit of the honey will be weaker). Nowhere did it mention when ordering, about short expiration because it was on sale. If we had seen at some of these reviews before ordering, we would have never placed the order. The company also filters the reviews on their website because ours was never posted. We emailed a complaint to customer service and it's been over 10 days now and no reply about returning the product. I am starting to have second thoughts now, if their honey is even third party tested. Their customer service says a lot about their credibility!
To their reply: We received the same generic reply and excuse back, that you have given to other customers about the expiration. You didn't really addressed any of our concerns. The U.S customer service replied back to us about the discount code, but we asked multiple times about the unacceptable expiration and to return the products, and as you can see from the email chain we send you, they never replied and it's been over 10 days. It's not true that the short expiration is posted on the website and in our order confirmation. We would have never ordered if that was the case! You say the expiration through your website is no less than 3 months for the U.S, but we ordered through your website and now is less than 5 weeks... Make it right!!!

In the US, typically our Manuka Honey will have a BBE (best before end) of more than 3 months when available to buy direct from our website.
There may be instances where we are selling a selection of Manuka Honey with a short BBE date (less than 3 months). In this instance the short BBE date is advertised on our website to make our customers aware. This will also show on your order confirmation and invoice.
