Great Service and Great Team
Danny was very helpful and patient . They fitted a new honed slate hearth which we are very happy with and the workmanship and price was great . We found Danny to be very knowledgeable and helpful .
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Manimpex and we would definitely use them again .

We used Manimpex to supply and fit…
We used Manimpex to supply and fit ceaserstone worktops in our utility room and cloakroom. This was to match our already fitted kitchen.
I was told I would need to order a complete slab and the leftover could be collected within 4 weeks if I wanted it
Service was great while quoting,templating and fitting.
However after paying for the work the managment turned very rude and un reasonable and refused to let me have the leftover material that I had paid for.
Clearly they thought they could sell it to some other mug.
I should have known better as previously I saw the owner/manager be very rude to another lady who had popped in after having work done and wanting some extra window sill made.
It appears they can turn on the charm until you had over your money then God help you.

We’re truly pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of templating/fitting for your new worktop.
Regarding the leftover material, as we explained during the quotation process, we only charge based on the total area of the actual worktops installed, not for the full slab. If we were to charge for the entire slab, your confirmed price would have been significantly higher. The remaining material stays in our yard as offcuts. If you would like us to create something out of those offcuts, we would only charge for the labour involved, not the material itself.
As fabricators, we work under strict health and safety regulations, so unfortunately we’re unable to deliver large, raw slabs to domestic addresses. These slabs are heavy and have shadow edges.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt our managing director was rude. However, we must also mention that the tone and language used during your part of the interaction was quite sharp as well. We always aim to maintain respectful communication and expect the same in return.
The worst customer after sales…
The worst customer after sales service!!
Mark’s appeared on the worktop and they refused to come and look.
Eventually they came and laughed and immediately said it was our fault.....we had only just moved in when marks started showing.
They are totally unhelpful and I would suggest that no one uses this company.

Quartz Carrera Worktops
We ordered Quartz worktops and island top from Manimpex. Very impressed with the guy who came to do the template. We did have a slight problem with an extra bit that neede cutting but that was quickly rectified. Fabulous workers, just got on with it. Would definitely recommend.

Unreliable & Attitude
A template for a 4 cm thick Verona marble (work top & back splash) in a kitchen project was prepared wrongly twice. Enormous delay in delivery and lots of attitude from owners.
