I made multiple attempts to get a full refund because my item never was delivered. Never heard back from them.

They’re illegally using images from my brand (Coven and Co) to sell cheap replicas of our beloved Pirate Queen Gown, and many others. Please stay away from this website, we’ve had so many ladies come to us in a panic after waiting so long for their Mamipop item, only to be left with an unwearable item 😢

At first I thought this site would be great to shop for my maternity dress so I could take photos. After ordering my dress I noticed the shipping was taking forever so I wrote an email where all they said was shipping is delayed. After waiting about a month I decided to write back and request to cancel my order and refund my money. They took another week or two to respond to my email and before they did my order was conveniently shipped and all they said in the email was your order has been shipped so sorry.. Then after waiting at least another month for my dress to get here, only to find out it doesn’t look like the photo AT ALL and it was the wrong color I had selected. Never ordering from this website again.

If I could rate this website a 0 I would. I asked for a refund on the dress I was not able to track and they told me they would refund me within 14 days. It’s been months and I still have no refund. Call the bank to dispute the charges because this website is a SCAM!!

Would never order from Mamipop again. Paid for 7-10 day shipping on February 27. Got my dress on May 14. Not at all what I ordered. I ordered a green flowy maternity dress and ended up with a sky blue house robe. Very unimpressed. Do not waste your money!

Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!! It is a total scam! I ordered a dress and instead they sent me a cheap lace kimono which arrived 2 months later. The fabric is crap and it's the wrong item and I spent almost$70 😒😒😒

No communication, the dresses aren’t even for maternity, very cheap quality. It’s been three months and I still haven’t gotten one of the dresses delivered. No refund either. When I asked for it within the first 15 days. Worst shopping experience.

I hate to be this way!! I would choose ZERO stars if I could!!! Awful customer service. I paid for express shipping on two dresses and never received them and still had to purchase another dress for my maternity shoot. I tried emailing them to go ahead and cancel as the orders are STILL not showing shipped and I never got a response. DO NOT use mamipop for your maternity shopping!

If I could give this a negative star rating, I would. I ordered back in February and received it 3 months later. I tried contacting them via email 3 times to cancel, with no response. I open the package and the black and pink dress somehow meant I wanted a navy floral pattern dress. Besides it being the completely wrong dress, it was also the wrong size. I'm weeks away from giving birth and this is no use for me!

Terrible. It’s a scam. I ordered my dress in February and didn’t receive it until today. I tried to email them for a status update back in March, but they never replied. The dress I received is also nothing like what I ordered: different color, different style, longer than would be reasonable for any human. I will never order from them again.

Scam! They don’t ship your goods, or respond to emails. Never again!

Do not order! It's been two months as since I've ordered! Before the pandemic! Maybe China was in a different situation...then why sell to people?!
I won't even be pregnant anymore by the time I receive this package!!!!
I contacted them multiple times via email and even asked them to cancel my order but now it's showing shipped as of 15 days ago....in the same spot! Never again. These people are frauds

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Took close to three months to arrive. I had to send multiple emails about my order asking them where my order was and if I could get a refund. I NEVER got a response. When I did get the dresses I didn’t even get the colors I ordered and the dresses were HUGE! I ordered mediums and they fit me like an XXL. Terrible product. Terrible company! Total scam!

Don't waste your money!! I ordered a dress in the middle of February and I just now got it ( I understand it may have taken a little longer with the coronvirus going on but really??) and it's not even the dress I ordered. They're quick to take your money but take they're sweet time to get it delivered and not even check to see if it's the right dress.

I ordered 3 outfits in February. Was told I’d receive by March. It is now into April. I’ve emailed multiple times, attempted to track, and asked for a refund: NOTHING. I am a single mom and this was my whole budget for maternity clothes, I am so upset.

As the rest of the reviews, i have yet to receive my dresses when they were ordered in January. I too, have made multiple attempts to reach out to them to cancel my orders. Material is horrible and the dress was not even wearable. I wish i would have read the review prior to ordering.

they sent me the wrong dress and wanted to return it, but they haven't responded to my emails.This is my first time ordering something from this website and will be he last time. I'm very disappointed.

They literally suck at communicating!!! I’ve sent over 8 emails with NO RESPONSE! I’m irritated as can be! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! I ordered my dress 1/28 and I have yet to hear back from anyone or see my product ship out! This company is a joke!!!

I agree with the other reviews. No communication from seller when I emailed them. I am thankful I only ordered only one item, because it looks like I will not be receiving it.
