Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are obviously disappointed that we have been unable to deliver a 5 star rated service to you on this occasion.
MakeUrMove have one vision and that is to help all good landlords with any and all aspect of their property letting and management journey. We do this by providing advanced technology, an online portal with 24 hour access and add on services that landlords may require at various stages of the process.

Every landlord is provided with an online account that is mobile friendly and tracks all aspects of your letting journey, from enquiries to pending appointments and completed viewings with feedback and offer details right through to reference tracking. As a user of our assisted viewings package we deal with all the physical enquiries and management of viewings whilst also providing a completed record of this in your account which avoids the need for you to call chasing this information. We have noted that a daily update on the progress is useful in these situations from your feedback and will work on adding this feature, however most of our users prefer to access their online accounts to get this.

I understand that feedback has been provided and that the general feedback relates to the advertised price of the property being a concern for the potential tenants, as we offer an assisted advertising service we have no authority on the price point and can only provide you with our recommendation and then act on your instructions. I assure all our landlords that our aim is absolutely to find you a tenant as quickly as possible, as a company that prides itself on our speed in doing so and also our efforts to ensure that we find tenants that suit the requirements of your property.

The team will continue to work with you throughout your advertising period and we hope to change your perception of the service in that timeframe.

Hi Ben/Alex,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I am glad to hear that overall you had a positive experience using MakeUrMove to find your new tenants.

I have reviewed the notes in relation to the referencing and note that the application as a whole did take longer than we would usually expect. Unfortunately it appears the delay was caused by one of the tenants current managing agents who not only required a fee to release the tenancy reference but then also took a further 4 working days to action and release the requested information. I understand delays at this stage can be frustrating and recognise that more could have been done to ensure you were provided with regular updates and were given the opportunity to discuss your options so I will work with the team on improving this aspect of the service moving forward.

As a company we work very hard to deliver a service which helps landlords find tenants quickly and without large costs. We take pride in our 5 star trusted status and where we haven’t achieved our goal we want to know about it.
Your review suggests we have missed something with your order on this occasion and we would love to have the opportunity to find out more and put things right.
