I have bought and sold many houses in the past, and can honestly say that Makeurmove are as good as the best local agent I have ever used, but the big difference is approximately £2000 plus has stayed in my pocket. Makeurmove has contacted me at every turn and negotiated my sale from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend this agent to anyone with a small, medium or a large house to sell.

I am a landlord and have used Makeurmove numerous times over the last few years. They deliver a good service, the only thing I will say is sometimes it takes a while for them to answer the phone and the prospective tenants complain to me they get too many text messages and require feedback as soon as they have left the property. I feel they keep me informed really well regarding prospective tenants and won't hesitate to use them again

Text messages make it easier to keep track of viewings . Quick process from offer to acceptance meant I received an extra weeks rent.
Only negative is the form shows offer from tenant opening up a discussion to offer a lower rent

This is the future of lettings and great value! Well in fact I took them up on their free trial and it didn't cost me a penny.........even better.
I always like to see the potential tenants first and I was sent appointment times that I could either accept or re arrange. I was sent about eleven viewings in the first week. If the tenant accepted Makeyourmove sent an email and text explaining the next step. I could also log onto my account and see the various appointment times, accepted and regretted tenants.

If I had to talk to Makeyourmove they very extremely helpful and professional.

I cannot see why you would go to a traditional lettings agency over Makeyourmove.

I decided to try Makeurmove after a previous disappointing let using a well known high street agency. The response from submitting my details and getting my 1st viewing was about 24hrs. I carried out the viewings myself and now have a confirmed let after less than a week. This was all done using the free initial trial, communication with the staff was pleasant and clear.

These guys are worthless.

Firstly they sent me my password (the one I chose) written in THE PLAIN TEXT in an unsecured email.

That unfortunately implies that the passwords are stored in a way that they can be decrypted easily eg. by a hacker.

Their reasoning was that "Security can be an enemy of accessibility". Moreover my comment about possibility of an email server being hacked was disregarded with a comment that if the server was hacked they (hackers) probably already had "all keys to the castle".
Say what?

To prove even more these guys are clueless about security here's the last email they sent me:
"These are temporary passwords only intended to grant you access to your account, if you have concerns over the security of this you can amend your password to something you feel is more secure once you are logged in.".

A user sets a password the moment they register - THERE IS NOT TEMPORARY PASSWORD, and they also sent me the one I've just set.

If you care about you personal data. don't make any business with these irresponsible people.

Top quality...five star service. The communication was clear, smooth and simple. Will recommend Makeurmove to family & friends.

I have advertised properties to rent with Makeurmove for two years and their service is improving every time. Easy to load your property information and pictures and your ad can be live as soon as a friendly team member calls you back. I use the basic package and find the attention I receive always to be excellent value. I have already recommended to a friend and will use again when I need new tenants.

We have used this company on several occasions and have recommended them to friends and family. It is a great concept and they take the worry out of advertising for tenants and all through the process of arranging viewings, credit checks even issuing the tenancy agreement. Their customer service is exemplary and timely.
