MIBI had the item I needed and although on back order it came in when they said and was dispatched very quickly.

Solved my issue in the end

Seller sent out another antenna and issue now solved

They say they price match but don't !!

They say they price match but when asked they try to get out of it. They tried telling me some Optimix 20% Super SLV on another website was out of stock so they can't price match it.
There is no where on this other website (jacksonsmodels) to say the item is out of stock.
MakeItBuildIt just don't want to do it because its a lot cheaper than theirs.
They also tried to tell me their price is the right margin, what a load of tosh!
They end their reply with out of stock again, I’ll repeat it does not say out of stock!
Also jacksonmodels confirmed the item and price to me via email!

You submitted a price match request, the website you provided with the lower price had the item but couldn't be purchased, although it didn't have the working 'Out of stock', the item couldn't be purchased like other items showing 'In stock'.

We run a price match request system not a price match promise or a garantee, its a request for us to match a price, one major factor in deciding to match a price is whether the item is available from the company we are price matching (standard practise on price match schemes) this is because quite often pricing changes and companies may not change pricing whilst an item is out of stock and its not a fair comparision if you can't purchase the item at a lower price anyway.

Sorry we couldn't match the price on this occasion but do believe a 1 star review isn't fair simply because we wouldn't match the price on an out of stock item on a competitors website.

We can only go off what we can see on the competitors web page, we don't enquire with a competitor about products for a price match. But the fact remains, we run a price match request, its a request.
If this company can supply the item at the price you are happy with I can only suggest you purchase it from them.

Easy to use website. Great communication (had enquiry about other item as well) and fast shipping.
