I sent 2 cards for grading and the website was very easy to navigate

I have been using them for years, but now I have cancelled my subscription. The grading is incredibly inconsistent. Its embarrassing how inconsistent they are.

I questioned my current months subscription and I was told that some of the cards had scratches on them. I can assure you they don't. A very disappointing response from customer service. I will no longer be using them again.

Great support & very fast at responding to any queries. Jeni was very helpful with resolving an issue I had too.

I’ve found MGC by far the best grading service and support for my ever growing collection of Pokemon cards I’ve collected since 1996. Quick turnaround times, emails through every process that keeps you up to date and a monthly membership which is very useful for myself. I personally wouldn’t grade with any other UK company than MGC.

Sent a coin for grading. Paid for the Silver Service because i needed the coin back fairly quickly.
Kept checking progress through the online portal. Showing no movement so i gave them a ring. Had already gone a week over the "silver" timeline.
The lady on customer service said she would investigate and get back to me. She didnt!
After another 5 days i rang back. Was told it was being despatched that day. I asked if i would get any king of refund because i had paidfor the 3 week Silver Service. The lady said she would ask and get back to me............. she didnt!
Coin eventually arrived 3 weeks late.
I will not trust items with this company ever again, do not value the customer and do not stick to time scales.

The best most efficient grading company out there ,

Don’t be put off by all the PSA/Beckett followers claiming MGC won’t add any value etc. In my experience, MGC is the best UK grading company. Easy to send submissions to & they keep you updated via email every step of the way. I usually go for the cheapest bronze service as I don’t mind waiting 4-6 weeks to get my cards back. But there’s silver & gold which is far quicker & still cheaper than sending overseas! Their grading is excellent and I like their slabs/labels. I don’t know when or who decided MGC doesn’t add value (obviously someone who is up PSA’s a**e). But they’ve had some monster cards in recently & they’re starting to add real value, I think more people need to give them a shot & back an English grading company instead of sending our money to the US. The values would certainly go up then and we’d be a real competitor for the overseas graders! Just my opinion.

Brilliant company, have used Ace grading (who were pretty awful) MGC contacted me by phone to ask if I wanted graded sealed or opened, great customer service, this company will still be here in 50 years when the competion will be gone.

Paid for the gold service for 5 cards. Got 30% off with a discount code, otherwise I wouldn't normally paid that price for grading BUT managed did they get here quick. Sent them away Wednesday, got them back Saturday the same week.

The grades I got are what I expected, 2 10s and 3 9s. Wish they were all 10s but you win some you lose some I guess! Will happily use MGC again, much better than my first experience with Ace that's for sure!

My first time grading any cards, and MGC have been outstanding with the process!! I have a monthly subscription which states 6-8 weeks turnaround and it is bang on that time. Do wish it could be sped up a little if you have monthly subscription, but I’m sure in time it will be. Packaging and process of info is all sent via email and I couldn’t be more happy with my cards. Great company

Had a postage issue, not MGCs fault, but the postman’s. Had a call from the MD to sort and a free grade for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service!

This company is authenticating BLATANT autograph forgeries. They seem to be very content giving legitimacy to fake signatures, as long as they get paid.

Don’t listen to any of the negative feedback given! I e been trading and selling for years, and MGC are by far the best grading company out there. Friendly, efficient and fast. The slab and label condition is perfect and the prices are very reasonable. Recommend to anyone

Brilliant customer service from Jake Kirkham! Excellent pricing, especially during the discounts, only had 40 cards returned so far but I expect to soon venture up to the hundreds! Highly recommended!!!

Majesty gave a perfect service for me: the grades were not overly generous, but were fair; the speed was exactly as advertised; the quality of the slabs was perfect; the price is amazing & though I intended to sell the returns, I now plan on keeping the 10s I get in my collection (at least the 9s will get me my money back, as the grades from here do actually add significant value).

To add to this, they advertise/partnered with Gamepark, a local game store here in Abersytwyth, Wales - being able to get my cards graded with an exceptional service while supporting my local game store is just awesome.

I sent 5 off in my first lot, getting 4 9s and a 10; just sent off another 2 and am fully planning to send a bulk lot of 100 off in the near future.

I cannot recommend Majesty enough.
