Voilà plusieurs fois que je commande de la lingerie pour offrir à ma compagne qui réside à Buenos Aires.
Je suis toujours en confiance par rapport aux produits achetés. Les photos sont bonnes et nombreuses, les descriptifs sont très concrets et les correspondances de tailles par rapport aux mannequins ne m’ont jamais induit en erreur.
Satisfait de la qualité, du service clientèle (j’ai eu une fois une mésaventure avec un colis ouvert et souillé…) mais également par les délais de livraison et le packaging de la marque… je fais une heureuse à chaque fois et je prend beaucoup de soins et de plaisir à choisir ces articles sur votre site de ventes en ligne.
Idéal comme officine de bonneterie pour un monsieur de la campagne comme moi!😉

Bel article mais quel dommage que ce soit fabriqué en Asie. Pour le prix, on pourrait au moins s'attendre à une fabrication européenne #Soutenir les entreprises européennes #Agissons pour l'environnement

Concernant la fabrication de nos produits, sachez que toutes nos pièces de Prêt-à-porter, Lingerie et Accessoires sont dessinées et designées en France par Monsieur le Français, fondateur de Maison Close. Elles sont ensuite développées par notre équipe produit en interne et en collaboration avec nos façonniers. Ces derniers sont minutieusement sélectionnés en fonction de leur savoir faire et expertise.
Les ateliers de confection produisant de la lingerie haut de gamme sont localisés en Chine. Nos matières sont choisies suivant les exigences de notre charte qualité répondant à de nombreux test réalisés par des organismes qualité spécialisés. Toutes nos matières sont certifiées par le label qualité Oeko-Tex qui répond aux normes techniques, visant à certifier les qualités sanitaires et écologiques.
Les ateliers de confection de nos pièces Prêt-à-porter ainsi que nos bas et collants sont majoritairement localisés en Europe.

Absolutely love the products, but having emailed over a week ago after an incorrect order was sent, I have little confidence in their customer service. I received nothing after a week, so submitted a separate form on the website. Still waiting for a reply.

Absolutely vile customer service
Absolute and utter lies in your response! The product does not smell of anything! You either made an error or deliberate lie to your customers! You should reinspect the item and it is utterly unreasonable that you refuse to do so! The bra has not been worn, it is perfectly in tact and there is no odour to it whatsoever. Your allegations are just disgusting. Shame on you! Original review: My husband ordered some underwear for me as a Xmas gift. Most of the items fitted but the bra was completely the wrong size so I returned it without even trying it on. The customer service alleged there was some sort of odour on the bra and refused to refund. They sent the bra back to us which was...in immanicute condition and there was no odour to it whatsoever. Possibly, someone made an error and mixed it up with another return but they refused to reinspect, seemed dishonest in the response. We wished to escalate this and asked for the contract details to issue a complaint but the customer service ignored our request. Absolutely disgraceful and awful experience. There is no way I will ever order anything from this brand again.

Maison Close’s pieces are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, high-quality, and a dream to wear. I’ve always loved their brand and the elegance of their lingerie.
However, my recent shopping experience was disappointing due to their lack of customer service responsiveness. I reached out about a missing item from my order and a return I had sent back, but despite following up, I have yet to receive a response. Given the premium quality and pricing of their products, I expected a more seamless and supportive experience.
I truly hope they improve their customer service because their products are exceptional, and it would be a shame for issues like this to take away from an otherwise fantastic brand.

I ordered a lot of stuff from Maison close and loved the quality and cuts of their Lingerie.
Unfortunatly I bought products for 800€ from them and returned half of the Order. I am waiting on the refund worth several hundred euros for OVER A YEAR NOW. I was in contact with their Customer Service over 10 times without an outcome. I don‘t Trust this Company and longer and wouldn‘t advice it for anyone. It seems like they have massive payment problems, as customer service feedback indicates. Be Aware if You Order There!

I used to buy many items from this…
I used to buy many items from this brand's website until they ruined my Christmas gift for my wife by sending me the wrong size. Instead of a size S, they sent me a size L.
I am on their loyalty program at the highest Gold level, where they state that I get premium access to support. So I emailed them, "Hey, what should I do? I want this item badly until Christmas. Can you do this?" Support didn't respond for four days. Then, a brief, cynical response came: return the item the following way.
I still want the item badly, but it's been sold out as it was a limited edition, so I can't order it again.
After being treated like this, being a loyal premium client, I will never buy from this brand again. Even Amazon's customer service is way better for a casual customer.

I bought a beautiful 014 Suspender belt shirt - Le Vestiaire - XL/42/10/12-14. According to your size chart the bust size should be 100 - 103. My wife is 100. But it is unusable. The buttons are almost giving in. I measured the actual bust size to be only 94.
