I have received excellent service throughout all those years. If I ever needed help, all the information is thoroughly and clearly explained on their website. I do all the things online and have had to contact them only a couple of times. When I had to call, the service was amazing!

Years of great service …
I’ve been with MainPay umbrella company for many years, and throughout that time, their service and support have been nothing short of exceptional. The team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive—making the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
It’s truly disappointing to hear that MainPay Money is closing down. The discounts and benefits offered through that platform were a fantastic perk, and I’m concerned about losing access to those advantages that added real value to being part of MainPay.
