Main Faucet has been great to deal with, fast friendly service. They take care of issues quickly and have great communication with their customers. Will definitely buy from them again. Thanks Main Faucet.

Over the past few years and during multiple renovation projects, we have ordered everything from shower doors to faucets to sinks from Main Faucet. They have become our #1 supplier, period. Their service is fabulous, the selection of products beyond compare, and prices excellent. Shipping is fast and easy. Save yourself some time and do your shopping here!

Great customer service!

Love the grids, they are great that it saves scratches from you sink and appreciate that they included extra clear feet for the bottom incase they get lost. Very happy with the super fast shipping and this product. Would definitely order again!!!

We ordered a large bathroom vanity from Main Faucet but it arrived extremely damaged. I called Customer Service & after they reviewed digital pictures I sent of the damage, a replacement vanity was shipped. It arrived in fine shape. We appreciate the courteous & prompt no hassle Customer Service we received from Main Faucet & would purchase from this company again.

Just as I ordered, Fast delivery with no problems. Good price and online description and information is correct.

I purchased a SS sink for about half price that Lowes wanted. Shipping was quick and the mdse was first rate quality for bargain basement price. I will remain a loyal customer as long as I continue to get deals like this one.

We ordered a shower kit. My husband removed an old bathtub and is installing a corner shower. We didn't realize that there were two shower kits that were alike except one doesn't have the side walls. We wanted side walls but didn't realize we ordered the wrong one. I think that needs to be highlighted more for people like us who are not professional carpenters. So they had to special order the walls for us and that took longer than we had expected. But we were thankful they were willing to do that since it was our fault that we ordered the wrong one. The instructions were very clear - it is a big job but so far so good! We love the look of the new shower with the round sliding door and can't wait to see the finished product in our guest bathroom!

I purchased Dreamline shower doors from this company. I got, by far the best price with no problems.

From the beginning inquiries to the final sale the help of all was professional timely and courteous.
Congratulations on creating a culture of excellent customer service.

We knew what brand of Range Hood we wanted and after googling and then comparing prices Main Faucet was the place to go. The best price and shipping was very fast. Highly recommed Main Faucet.

Mainfaucet Sent me missing parts to an expensive shower glass door and when I returned it due to the missing pieces, Simon, the so called manager refused to refund me the money back for the glass door. The door was in flawless shape and can be resold without a doubt.

Horrible customer service as a company, and horrible communication skills on Simon's behalf

We were replacing our kitchen counter-tops and wanted an under-counter mount sink. Our current sink is a corner sink and we were surprised how difficult they were to find and the high price that went along with it. We ordered this sink and were very pleased with the quality and sink depth, the price was reasonable too, in comparison to other corner sinks. Our plumber even commented on the good quality.
It shipped promptly and was very well packaged.
We would recommend to others.

Great purchase experience but had to return item and have not heard about credit yet.

recieved ontime as expected.

The people in customer service went out of their way to help me source the sink that I was looking for. They were out of stock with no availability projected for 3-4 weeks, but when another customer did not take delivery of the same sink, they called me to see if I was still interested. Solid!

No hidden costs and timely delivery. Would order from them again.

We cook chinese food 2 times a day, 5 days a week. This is just the one we are looking for. If you stand 2m away, you can merely smell nothing. Install is not so easy especially the top tube cover. It is not a 90 degree angle so there would be a finger wide gab left at the top between the cover and ceiling.

Purchased two Fresca assessories from Main Faucet. I had issues with both items.

Main Faucet exchanged one of them for me and promised a shipping label for the other item. I never received the shipping label. When I emailed Main Faucet, I never got a response.

There are better vendors out there. Build.com is great and I have had good experiences with them.

After searching around town, I finally decided to take the plunge and order this unit on-line. To my great relief, it is exactly as described and an excellent value & packaging was excellent. It was professionally installed as it was just too much for my DIY husband this time around. We are very pleased with the LED lights and remote control.
