Waited for my card to be delivered for…
Waited for my card to be delivered for two days. Finally found out that they wanted a copy of my American passport, not Iranian one (this was not noted on the application page). They told me that the appointment confirmation message was automatic, machine generated, and not based upon the acceptance of my application!
Edit: Thanks for the reply Glad you changed your procedures. Will apply again next time, hopefully before too long.

Thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately at the time that you requested your refund, we faced an unexpected problem with our foreign bank account; since Iran is fully under international sanctions, any banking activity related to it will be blocked immediately. I'm definitely sure by the time I'm writing this reply, you have received your refund so I assure you it works otherwise we'd have a load of negative reviews and would not have been able to continue this business for more than two years.

A good alternative instead of carrying a lot of cash. It's safe and simple. Only recharging at the bank was not so easy. The Bank is not so strongly represented. I prefer the mahcard against the cash of money

Excellent service. I stayed in Iran for 2 months so well worth the cost. Not sure I would get it for 2 or 3 week stay.
I was in texting contact with their rep and any questions were answered very promptly.

It works!(
It works!(: I could withdraw cash from atms, pay for items at the bazaar/ restaurants, without having to be overly concerned with carrying huge stacks of cash or being unable to find a money changer.
Would highly recommend this to any traveler intending to visit Iran. (I'm from Singapore, and visited Iran in October 2019)
