A massive thank you to Greg Kingston from Magic Trips Holidays. We travel every year with Magic Trips and always book through Creg, who consistently finds the best deals within our budget at great prices. His service is always professional, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated. Thank you!

A*, 10/10, 100% top class service from John who persevered with my fussiness and found me & my family the perfect holiday!! Thank you so very much for continually finding new flights, hotels & deals to suit us, you are so very good at your job 🤗

From start to finish with Morgan.
Found us a fabulous holiday in Malta.
Everything was organized and hassel free, even got an upgrade when we arrived.
No hesitation with booking again for definite, thanks so much 😁👍💯

Spent a great afternoon with Morgan booking a family holiday. Morgan was patient and worked tirelessly to get the best deal he could. I would throughly recommend Magic Trips. Everything was made so easy and smooth. Now the countdown begins to Holiday 2027.

Morgan has gone above and beyond to help us find and book the best deal for our holiday! Very easy going and nice chap to chat to. Have used this company previously and will always return.

Thank you Morgan!

Bang on thanks Morgan did your best can't ask for more thanks again

Very poor. Trying to get Info and pricing on a Villa in Lanzarote on the online chat - Speaking to someone then decide to end the chat. Then tried speaking to someone else who also ended the chat.

Absolute disgrace & would NOT be using or going through this Travel agency.

Jacqui was very helpful, very helpful, patience and we enjoyed yourselves. Customers service is brilliant. Planning to go back again for next year

Booked a holiday with john he was brilliant and very clear explaining details would definitely book again.

Helpful and found a great deal. Thank you Issac.

Molly was the most helpful travel agent I spoke to Molly took care and attention of all I required in a holiday much appreciated

Isaac dealt with my booking. I was pleased with the full package price including the entry in to the water park. Thank you ☺️

John has been absolutely brilliant in arranging my holiday, and the booking was so simple and stress free.

We had a very good experience with Austin and truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. He took his time to help us find a very nice hotel and made sure everything was comfortable and well arranged for us.

Austin was always quick to answer our calls and responded with patience, kindness, and professionalism. He explained everything clearly and supported us throughout the process with great care and respect.

We are very thankful for all his help, good manners, and the genuine care he showed us. His customer service was outstanding, and we would highly recommend Austin to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional assistance.

We’ve just returned from Rhodes and, although the holiday itself was very good, the “Premium” upgrade sold to us by Magic Trips was a complete misrepresentation.
There was no Premium service whatsoever. Not a single element of the advertised upgrade existed in practice. Every guest we spoke to received exactly the same service and inclusions, despite paying nothing extra. In other words, we paid for an upgrade that simply did not exist.
I contacted MagicTrips.com for an explanation. They have ignored my email. No acknowledgement, no clarification, no attempt to resolve the issue.
At this point it is impossible to avoid the conclusion that Magic Trips is charging customers for fictional package upgrades and then refusing to engage when challenged.
Extremely disappointing and absolutely not what we paid for and we will not be using them again!

Absolutely fantastic service. Messaged in the morning, and was sorted and booked by afternoon. John was a brilliant help, talked me through everything, explained everything. Made the whole process simply. Highly recommend

Molly has been excellent with creating a holiday package that works to my needs. She is attentive to what works for her customers and is very keen in making sure that she can help in the best possible way. She is considerate and dedicated to her role. Will definitely recommend Molly if you are looking to book a package deal!

Molly John was fantastic 👏🏽 Very helpful went above and beyond to make sure she catered to my family.
Everything was smooth and explained clearly. Cannot wait to experience Milan with my children. Thanks so much.

“Massive thanks to Morgan for organising the trip — you’ve gone above and beyond for all of us and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Really appreciate everything you’ve done.”
