Received our family name sign today, and its fabulous!! A cant wait to get it up on the wall for all to see!! Weight Loss Board
My order arrived today - a little later than hoped for BUT I had messages explaining why and when it was hoped to be delivered. I then received tracking number for the delivery. My weight loss board is really good quality and just what I need to help with motivation. The board is personalised and has my own choice of quote at the bottom. Really pleased with my order - thank you so much!

Excellent service
I saw this company on Facebook and placed my order for my sign. I didn’t hear anything from the company but admittedly it was over the Christmas period, I emailed them in the new year and had a prompt response putting my mind at ease. My order was almost ready for dispatch and I was updated on delivery and when it was going to arrive. My order arrived today and I’m absolutely thrilled with it, it was well worth the wait and packaged well it is going to look great in our summerhouse. Definitely recommend this company.

Poor Value For Money
This was my first experience with this company & will be my last. My initial impression from the various photos was that a games controller was included with the personalised gaming station which it was not as it turned out. The order said was not guaranteed for Christmas but would have been better saying it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas. I messaged on 23rd December for an update but didn’t receive a response. The item actually arrived on 8th January following my order on 4th December. I am very disappointed with this item as simply not worth the price of nearly £40. To add insult to injury this item has now been reduced by £10 which is more reflective of its value. Although I have messaged the company this has not resulted in a favourable response & from my experience would not recommend

Very sorry to hear that you feel this way.
I completely understand the frustration in terms of not knowing when an order is going to arrive, we are going to be reviewing processes regarding this to ensure that we can communicate this to customers better when our next peak period comes around. We did have to stop guaranteeing Christmas orders much earlier than normal in 2020 due to increased demand with the COVID restrictions facing brick & mortar shops online stores have been much busier. This was advertised on all items as soon as we reached maximum order capacity so that customers knew that orders may not arrive in time for Christmas, we did everything we could to get all guaranteed and some non guaranteed orders sent out in time.
In terms of the item itself, this was never advertised as including the games controller it was actually stated in the description that this wasn't the case. Without the controller & headphones on the item it would be very hard to give a true reflection of what the item itself is.
Prices do fluctuate on the website, we will at times have offers on various items. This is particularly common in the period after Christmas with all retailers.
I hope we have the opportunity to regain your faith in the not too distant future.
