Excellent service, took my broken laptop in on Tuesday after discussing my options decided to replace it, Theo gave me 3 quotes for different spec computers, he ordered the one I chose, transferred all my data onto my new computer and I collected it on Friday. This company just saved all my files from my MacBook that i damaged with water, i had no backup and i was sent to them by the Apple store due to Apple not offering data recovery. I cant thank them enough for the professional manner in which they dealt with me and just great customer service.
