Love the dresses! Ordered 3 and love them all. Colors are vibrant and I ordered true to size and they fit perfectly. Will be ordering more! Arrived quickly!

Beautiful dresses! Great material and quality and sizing is true to size. Shipping took about 2-3weeks.

There’s two things I find disturbing about this company
1. They don’t show their bad reviews. I posted a review for each of the three items I bought. One was one star one was two stars etc. but they are not shown on the Site. I bought because of all the good reviews.
2. I’ve had my items over three weeks now. Been trying to return them the entire time which you can’t do without a return slip. They don’t put one in the package when you receive it, just the items. It says it’s required to do a return and return must be done in 30 days
Sizing chart is off. Nothing fit. They have responded to me three times in 21 days. Able to send me $30 reimbursement and just keep the items. And then it was $40 and keep the items. I said I don’t want them because they don’t fit. (To big) At least exchange the items! Go by your regular size not their chart
It’s too bad they are so shady, the quality of the items is much better than any thing else I’ve gotten from China

I’m pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was! One is a perfect fit, the other not so much…..maybe a return?

The clothing is beautiful and size match is perfect, time waiting for delivery was a bit lengthy at around 2 months but I would definitely recommend the clothes. I would order from Luyla again.

The only problem I had was they held my whole order waiting on one of the 5 dresses I ordered. But was satisfied with them after I emailed and they went ahead and sent the 4 that were ready. All 4 fit good!

These dresses are adorable and true to size. Perfect for summer. Very happy with the purchase.

The WORST! DO Not order from them! after spending 91 dollars, the dresses didnt work and they offered me 16 dollars in refund!!!! Insulting!

Beautiful quality, material is extremely soft and falls beautifully. I will definitely buy other dresses from them!

Fun, fashionable, affordable clothes

WARNING THIS COMPANY DOES NOT MAKE REFUNDS!!!!! BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NEVER BE REIMBURSED. I bought two of these dresses, one for my daughter and one for me. These dresses don't suit us at all. I requested a refund 4 days after receiving my order. Luyla refuse to reimburse me. They negotiate with me telling me to keep the dresses and Luyla offers me $17 in return. I refused and said again that I wanted a full refund ($91.98). They send me a second offer, to reimburse me $27. After several emails to get my refund, Luyla no longer responds to my emails. However, it is clearly indicated that Luyla undertakes to reimburse.

One dress was so thin you could see completely through it. Both items were way too small regardless of using the sizing information to place the order. The company only accepts returns if there is a product quality/defect. I recommend ordering where the items can be returned or you are throwing your money away.

I loved the striped jumper but the dress is very see through. Not sure what to do with it.
