So I placed an order on 28th november. An item on their website was out of stock. This wasnt shown on website. I then emailed on weekend of 12th December asking what was going on. Seller claimed to have sent me emails regarding out of stock item (thoroughly checked spam and junk NOTHING) they only spoke to me when I wrote on their chat box on their website. I also whatsapped and text and attempted phoning. They assured me on 13th December that they would have my item sent on the monday 15th. Imagine my annoyance that I had an update that it was posted today the 18th. The seller clearly lies, isnt professional and the fact ive had to chase and its this close to christmas. Full on expecting broken items in my box or a rushed job. Dont order from here. I have also shared my review to my insta, Facebook. Dont use. Its asked for date of experience. Well my issue is ongoing, no compensation just a simple blanket apology.

My initial customer service experience was great, they amended orders etc for me after I submitted it, but then my first order arrived with one broken and one incorrect, (50% of my order) which caused me to cancel my subsequent order. There was then a lack of proper communication and this led to misunderstandings on top of there being technical issues beyond the companies control. However a resolution and common ground were found and refunds were processed for both my cancellations and order issues. Happy to deal with them again. 😊

I love these products and was initially very impressed with the company despite there being a few issues with every order I placed until recently the customer service was excellent.

My first order was a large one as I was excited by the choice. I did get a dispatch note for each individual item though. Annoying but not the end of the world: issue was reported and resolved.

My second order had a couple of items missing. Report this and the customer service was amazing, products were resent with an apology.

My third order, I received an email the day after payment says that I still owed them nearly £15. The basket had not calculated the costs correctly. Issue was reported and I was informed about the basket not calculating the cost correctly but ultimately if I want the items I had to cough up the additional fee. It was at this point that I cancelled my order and made the decision to find an alternative company to support.

I've been spoilt by a previous long term company that sadly closed so I had to find a new supplier for my bath scent addiction.
I didn't realise until after I placed the first order that they aren't handmade by them which was what I was looking for really. The first delivery came and was packaged with peanuts which was great as they dissolve. (Or look like they are the sort that do I haven't actually got around to doing that yet). A couple of the bath dust packages had leaked as the top wasn't sealed and just had a tiny piece of tape over. Which is fine when not going through the parcel system. When it does tho everything was dusty.

Todays order came and altho it had the corrugated cardboard top and bottom, there was no peanuts or protection between the bath bombs so the coffin one was quite broken and a couple of the others have lots of dust in the packaging where they've been banged together. I didn't complain as they can be used (I don't need a replacement) but it's not what you expect to get and could have been prevented. Especially after the first order was well packed. You do get free delivery and it's super fast so maybe that would have meant a slightly bigger box. But it would be safer.

I also like to leave reviews on the items themselves which you can't seem to do sadly so I can only leave a company review. The coffin was paler than expected but cute (despite breakages) the colours on all of them that I have used so far have been good, altho once they hit the water the scent doesn't seem to linger. Which is a shame as they smell beautiful.

One item I wanted was out of stock (tutti fruity) but they did let me know and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund which was then actioned.

As a business it's very efficient but having supported a smaller personal business that handmade everything themselves, that's what I'm going back to look for elsewhere.

Violet was very helpful during my time in the shop. She knew all products very well and her customer service was brilliant. Will be returning again very soon!

Came across Lucky Leaf bath bombs whilst looking for the BubbleT Kelloggs special edition shower gels for my daughter. I ordered them all, got confirmation & recieved updates. Really impressed with Lucky Leaf & how quick their delivery is, how well-packaged it is & the value for money. Highly recommend them!

Arrived promptly and well packaged :) Bon bon bath bomb smelt just like the perfume! Not a fan of the bubble bar, it's very soft? Not sure if that's how it's supposed to be but it had a consistency like playdough? Not the easiest to use but smelt nice. Didn't produce that many bubbles either but possibly got damp in transit or in the warehouse? No idea but both bath bombs were lovely and body butter a bit on the heavy side but again smelt beautiful so can't fault it over all. Ice queen shower whip very strongly fragrance, which I love and I have sensitive skin and no reactions at all! Will be purchasing again definitely😀 can't wait to try the bum bum bath bomb next!

5 ⭐ - Really impressed with the choice and quality of the bath bombs. Bright colours in the bath with a lovely lather, not watery like others I have tried. Smell was fabulous too. Already re-ordered. X

Don't buy from this company,

When you don't receive your order they refuse you give you your money back and then when you state your consumer rights about refunds they don't respond to emails!

Absolute disgusting customer service will be posting for my family and friends not to buy here! I want my money back for the items I never received.

Ordered on a whim because I liked some of the scents and they were much cheaper than the place I'd been gifted from. Aside from being very reasonably priced, the delivery was free and super quick. I was actually blown away at the quality of what I received. The whipped soaps, sponge and bath bombs all smell amazing. The black cherry is mouth watering! I will absolutely shop here again.

Lovely Bathbombs, came across them on instgram. Bathbombs smells so good, amazing colours that come out from the bathbomb. Recieved quite quickly. I can recommend and will buy from again.
