Low Cost Plumbing Supplies Omdömen

Ordered several items for a bathroom upgrade and found the products value for money. Delivery and customer communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

I placed an order for a sink, after another supplier had repeatedly delivered damaged items to me. No such problem here. The sink was delivered quicker than I expected and in perfect condition. I got great communication on the delivery by email and through the DPD app.

One thing I didn’t realise - this is the same company as Plumbing World. I only found this out because I paid via PayPal and the recipient came up as Plumbing World on my PayPal receipt.

Purchased a Franke filter tap for a fraction of the price compared to other sites. Email enquiry was answered very promptly and was even backed up with a courtesy phone call. Now saved in my favourites as low prices added to top customer service is a combination I am happy with.

Very happy with our purchase of new toilet and hand basin. They are good quality and our installer was very impressed with the price. The delivery driver was very helpful too.

Excellent service placed order and it was delivered very quickly, very easy to deal with. The product was as advertised we are very happy with the whole process and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

Good range of products including some uncommon sizes. Easy to order, and fast delivery. Over ordered a couple of items and return was handled excellently, with great communication from Abbie in particular.

Great service ....informed item Was out of stock and kept upto date with the details....

Competitive prices & quick delivery, would recommend

best deal to be found online, for the bathroom furniture we wanted, however when ordering another plinth, thought £40 for 40 miles was a bit steep...

Very competitive prices and top customer service, kept well informed about when delivery would be due, unfortunately one of my radiators arrived damaged( well packaged though I must add) but was quickly resolved, very good communication via email. Will definitely use again.

Issues with delivery direct from the supplier were beyond their control but Abbie kept me informed daily and ensured that the items were delivered on a suitable day and were received OK.

Easy order, good price, prompt delivery (well packaged) and excellent quality. What more can you say?

Very competitively priced products and an excellent level of customer service!! Thoroughly recommend!!

1st class service. Delivered on time. Thoroughly recommend Low Cost Plumbing.

A perfect service. Quick and accurate reply to question prior to purchase. Quick and reliable delivery option and kept fully up to date throughout. Could ask for better.

I ordered 2 rads to replace smaller ones for a bit more heat output and these were the only supplier I could find to meet my needs. They were high spec so not cheap but have been very effective, if a bit expensive. they were delivered by the manufacturer earlier than expected and I am very pleased with the overall service - will certainly start any further searches here.

My dealings with Low Cost plumbing have been second to none from my first time of contact they were excellent and my delivery was on time and all correct. The staff were so helpful I would highly recommend them.

Good equipmant at the right price and speedy service thank you
