They are REALLY organized. SUPER ORGANIZED. The communication is stellar and they always show up and tell you when they will show up. The delivery man is SO LOVELY. My issue is that I love some of the food, but not all of it. To make so many different kinds of food is really difficult. They have Keto, Veto, Veg, Low Carb and many other options. They balance a lot and do it beautifully. With Lyme disease, I am supposed to avoid dairy, gluten and sugar and so it is hard to find a service that can do all of that. NO ONE CAN. So there are meals that work for me and some that do not. Ideally you had an al a carte each week and you could order that way but I imagine that would be really hard with all they manage now. They do manage beautifully.
The process is seamless from signing up, deliveries to canceling. Very organized and professional.

Nice varied food

I thought the meals were great, pretty tasty but a bit oily for my preference. Especially when oil is quite calorific.

All food tasted gross turkey had a strange smell to it tofu was powdery and tasted bad brownie didn’t even get the chance to go any way neer my mouth it was that bad don’t reccomend

Enjoy 90% of the meals - delicious but not so much the salads.

Honestly best balanced food that I have ever tried .. and I have tried a lot !

It's easy for celebs to lose weight.... as they have private chefs who cook them delicious meals!
LYS means I can afford that luxury too - great meals without the shopping, prepping and cooking is a treat, especially with a toddler at home.
Enjoying all the meals so far and hoping to achieve my weightloss goals.

Didn't expect this food to be sooo delicious. Took 1200 kcal so it's not a lot ,but I'm not hungry,snacks are lovely ,food is not plain ,love it !

I am now on Day 5 of the Love Yourself Pescatarian Food Plan with 1200 calories. At this point I am in awe of the Love Yourself provision. Love Yourself deliver fresh food 5 times a week. It is a delight to get five fresh meals delivered to your door most evenings ready to eat the next day. I love the structure and simplicity of the plan. It dovetails perfectly if you have a busy working/family/social life as there is no time wasted thinking about, planning and organising healthy and calorie counted meals. I have enjoyed every single meal and I have really enjoyed the wide variety of tastes and different types of food; Thai, spicy, chasseur, aromatic sauces, curries as well as more traditional dishes and lush sweet treats. I do have a broad taste palate and it enjoys different tastes and textures that the Love Yourself team provide. Moreover, Customer Services have been brilliant. I have had replies to any queries within hours and sometimes quicker. They are polite, kind and really helpful. I really do recommend this company if you want to have healthy and tasty meals delivered to your door. Oh..... and I have lost 6 pounds so far! What is not to like?

The food was great. Just a little less vegetables and not the variety that I expected. And I have an issue at the time the food is delivered. I ordered food for a Wednesday, and I didn't get it until evening Wednesday. I would have liked to have it for breakfast on Wednesday.

This is an updated review. The first weeks menus were fabulous and a pleasure to eat. The quality dramatically plummeted in week 2 - I am on a 4 week plan and it has been a total waste of money. One week I had pasta pesto, spag Bol and rice based dishes - dip with carrots as snack - two tiny carrot batons and then chickpeas with rice (no veg) as my main meal. I complained about the amount of cheap carbs and that was not healthy (bearing in mind this plan costs approx £20 per day) and was told pasta is very healthy - Mediterranean diet etc - my response was ok but where are all the fruits and veg you find in a Mediterranean diet ? No response. You won’t get your 5 a day from this plan - 2 maybe. I think it’s very misleading to offer amazing food week 1, ask for a review, you are happy so you provide one and then in return you receive cheap boring some-times inedible food.

Food is great, daily deliveries are convenient but it would be good to have a way to communicate with the delivery partner

I only did a week order to try and only had two days of it but I would say the service is very good with deliveries on time and the food is super tasty
