We recently tenanted a property from Love Your Postcode. They were so professional from all sides. Jhana was great at the viewing, Jay was organized and had everything ready for our key collection and Taran was polite and gave us an extra welcome box for our family.

It was great working with Love your postcode, it was a quick and speedy process, and particularly Jay, Jharna and Taran were very flexible and available all the time to respond to the queries.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jay during a property viewing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Jay went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely nice and approachable in this industry. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for excellent service!

Love your post sold my property for me and I can’t fault them in anyway at all. The sales person (Catalina) was professional in every way,she worked so hard to get everything over the line for me. I’ve been using love your post code for many years, they let my property for me and I never had one issue with anything the whole time I was with them, and like I said they then sold my property like professionals in the game. Nice and friendly good service taran

The staff are very friendly and open to working with people of all experiences. In my experience with LYP, it took longer than expected to secure the deal, getting to the point to make and secure everything took a little too long for me, however working with Bobby, Catalina and Jharna was a delight. Should I look to make a purchase again in Birmingham, I would certainly recommend them.

When I called I got through straight away. Answered any questions I had and made an appointment.

The estate agent arrived on time on the viewing day to show us around. She was really polite and lovely.
