Thank you for your feedback, Alison. We’re pleased you found our prices competitive, but we’re very sorry that the delivery service did not meet the next-day expectation you paid for. We understand how frustrating this is, particularly when an order is time-sensitive. We’ll review what happened with the delivery so we can identify where the delay occurred and help prevent a repeat. Please contact our team with your order details if you still need assistance with this order.

Extremely poor
Ordered an item - stated delivered via DX on 12th feb. Not received by me and no photo! Complained to DX they said contact sender - have sent two contacts- no response, so have no parcel and no refund? Very poor
To add to this-I posted this review on 12th Feb, and they took until today (5.10.26) to reply - absolutely shocking. And you say you care about your customers!

Hi Joanne, we’re very sorry to read this. We completely understand how frustrating it is to have a parcel marked as delivered when you haven’t received it, particularly when you’ve then struggled to get a resolution. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can investigate the delivery with DX and make sure this is followed through properly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
