The perfect sofa!
After lots of research we found our sofa. We read all the reviews and felt confident to go ahead and purchase with this company. The website was easy to use and the communication once the sofa was ordered was great. We received regular updates and only had a two week wait compared to months with other companies. On the day of delivery the drivers/delivery men Amit and Faizan contacted us with a time and arrived promptly. They delivered the sofa and were very helpful with tips on how to put it together. It took my husband and son about 30 minutes, it was very easy and well built. We went for Moca and we were pleased with the colour and style. It’s a slightly firmer sofa but comfy and we love the headrest design and all in all it ticks all the boxes so we are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this website to friends and family 🤩

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish.
Website was easy to navigate and place my order.
Once ordered, delivery details were well received.
On delivery, amazing service from sami and colleague. Bought the Alaya u shape sofa in and put it all together and took away all the rubbish. Was quite surprised of the quality of the sofa, amazing! Excellent service and would not hesitate to order from these guys again. Thank you!

I was sold used sofa
I was sold used sofa. One of the basal supports was broken and it appears this was carefully packed to prevent someone noticing that. Also, the delivery was shocking. One of the guys was very rude. I almost asked then to return it and get me a better delivery services.

We completely dispute the claims made in this review.
We have checked our records and cannot identify any customer or order matching the name provided, nor have we been given an order number or any other information that would demonstrate a genuine purchasing experience with LoveMyBedss.
Furthermore, the allegation that we knowingly supplied a used sofa is categorically false. LoveMyBedss does not sell used sofas as new products.
Given the seriousness of the allegations being made, we have reported this review to Trustpilot and requested verification that the reviewer has actually purchased from our company.
If this is a genuine customer, we ask that they provide their order number, full name, delivery postcode and date of purchase so that the transaction can be identified and the claims investigated.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! Fast delivery within the week I purchased the sofa. Supplier contacted frequently with delivery updates! Delivery was fast and efficient! The driver Sami was very friendly and put the sofa together in a timely manor. He also rang around 30 minutes before arrival giving time to make sure the area was ready. Can not fault the service and would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely incredible company! After a negative experience with a different company I came to love my bedss I sent emails before even placing a order and they were incredible with communication one I was happy and placed my order communication stayed on point they delivered when the said they would and I love my new sofa!

Alaya U shaped cinema Sofa
Great service even when we wanted to change the colour of our sofa, easy to contact and get changed over.
Communication was great, called the day before to confirm, when en route and turned up in the time frame provided
We've had the alaya sofa now for a few weeks and absolutely love it, great value and quality and fairly easy to assemble with putting feet on!
All in all great service and product, 100% recommend!

Fantastic communication
A bit of a bumpy start when delivery was cancelled due to an issue with a van, but the team were great with their communication and keeping me informed about delivery. Installers did a fantastic job of setting the bed up. Highly recommend, would use again should I ever need another bed.
