Faulty product return no refund
I received a faulty pair of trainers and organised a return via emails with customer services and paying for the return postage, which I was told would be refunded. These trainers were received 9th May and I have still not had my refund for the trainers or the postage. I have sent proof of delivery and postage and emailed three times waiting for a reply and trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, however o have had no communication. There is no phone number to ring either. My only option now is to start a charge back with the bank.

Delivery and cost all good from supplier however these are billed as wide foot boots. When placed next to my wide feet the boot looks half the size. I feel like an adult trying on kids shoes with these even though length is fine width is so narrow I cannot understand how they are marketed as for wide feet

Poor Communication
I have bought stuff from this website previously & not had a problem but on this occasion.. I purchased a ball & football boots. For some reason my order was split into 2 parcels. The ball was delivered pretty quickly. The football boots still havent arrived. It has been 2 weeks.. I have sent 3 emails trying to contact Lovell Soccer. Not had one reply. There is no contact phone number for them. Courier Evri, the website advises to contact the seller ! Communication is non existant

No 10% off first order for me.
Was offered a 10% code off of my first order, which they never bothered sending. So not a great start. Items haven't arrived yet, i will update once they do.

Waste of time
Ordered in time for next day delivery, paid for premium next day delivery at £12 or so. Date stated item would be delivered 3rd May.
Nothing delivered. Complete and utter waste of time.
I only ordered via Lovell as you offered next day delivery.
I should have stuck with Pro direct and saved my money as the boots are £70 cheaper.
Don’t offer next day delivery if you can’t fulfill it.

Good Morning,
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you found the filter for wider fits helpful.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience regarding the delivery options. Unfortunately, the shipping timeframes are determined by the couriers we work with, and we understand how frustrating this might be. We're always working to improve our services and delivery options to better suit our customers' needs.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding!
Kind Regards,

High quality options at affordable costs
I was really refreshed with the amount of stunning options in the store. it came to my attention to try lovell when i noticed my usual boot websites lacked the products i was searching for in my size. once i had picked out my boots i saw amazing value offers on jerseys, running shoes and all sorts of other equipment. couldn't recommend the site more. thanks again.

Good Morning,
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a detailed review.
We know how frustrating it can be when your size is always out of stock elsewhere, so we’re glad you gave Lovell a shot—and even happier you found the right boots and some extras you weren’t expecting. That’s exactly the experience we aim for: quality gear, fair pricing, and plenty of choice.
Thanks again for the shout—hope the boots do the job out on the pitch!
All the best,
Lovell Soccer
