If I could give 0 stars i would. Made it extremely difficult to make a claim. Rejected my claim and when i tried to appeal they told me it would take 8 weeks to respond to the appeal. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS.

Amazing service
My phone was stolen a few days ago and so I needed to make a theft claim. I had such an easy experience with this. I was working with Sarah Underwood, who made things so straight forward and clear for me. She worked so quickly and I had the claim accepted within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this cover.

I am so impressed with this love it cover it. I lost my phone on Sunday and contacted the insurance company as soon as possible. They reassured me and handled my claim so fast. I was dealing with Jessica Ford and she was so quick at replying and was so so helpful in providing all information that I needed. I am so happy with this experience. Thank you.

Great service! Was hoping for a extremely quick service after smashing my screen! But in reality it’s impossible! 3/4 days I considered exceptional after everything! No complaints from me! Made a few claims over the years and wouldn’t recommend highly!!

This is my second claim with Love It Cover It in the past 2 weeks and they have been fantastic- no problems and very straightforward dealing with my claims.
