I spoke to Lee over the phone and he was super friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did he answer my question, but he also made sure I was fully aware of the updates on my phone and gave me a tracking which was super helpful. The email communication could be improved, as I had no idea what was happening and was not fully updated on the repair progress but one quick call and Lee solved the entire problem. Thank you so much, Lee – a real lifesaver! 10/10 customer service!
My phone is now in perfect condition so I’m happy with the experience overall but, the email communication should be improved and it would have been be a 4 star review but Lee bumped this up to 5!

Holidays down right with love holidays
Such a handy website to book holidays. Love holidays is THE only website I use when considering going on holidays for how convenient it is to pay off and to see everything in one place. The prices, the customer service, the way you can manage payments just works so well. Holiday number 4 with them and I know there'll be more to come
