Their survey was based on a misconception regarding a damp issue as they confused condensation on a interior wall due to no heating and ventilation allowing dew point to take place this is quite common on a solid wall in these circumstances.
They didn’t seem to understand this.

Had a survey done recently for a home myself and my partner were quite keen on. Eager to move forward, we still took the precaution of a survey with Lotus, and it's a good job we did!
