Michelle Sapsford - Can't Recommend Enough!!

Michelle Sapsford is one of the nicest, most helpful ladies I've ever dealt with. She always makes sure that everything is okay and reassures that if there's ever a problem you can go to her.
She is one of the nicest people I know, always goes the extra mile to help others. Genuinely an amazing lady 💓

Nicest person in the world

I have only bought one thing from Michelle at the minute but as soon as I've got more money I will be buying a lot more things! The delivery is so quick and Michelle is the nicest person in the world! I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been happy with any products that I've recieved until I had to send a item back not being my fault and had to pay 5 times the amount to send it back to then find out I wont get reimbursed any money for returning goods very bad on there side

Hello Susan, im sorry you feel that you have had a negative experience with us, however our returns/refund policy does state "You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item"
I can confirm that we have received the item back and a full refund for the item purchased has been processed
