Que dire de cette maison ?
Une maison qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des prix pratiqués sur leur site. Les fameux mocassins summer walk charms qui sont en rupture tout le temps. Ils sont d'une mauvaise qualité. 920€ une paire en cuir de cerf avec un tannage végétal qui part tout seul. J'ai acheté 3 paires. Sur les 3 paires, j'en ai gardé 2. La première paire acheté en janvier 2026, perd sa couleur et sur la tranche devant où il y a la couleur qui arrondit le pied, pas de protection. Pas de pâte de cuir comme sur la maroquinerie. De ce fait, la couleur part. Sur la première paire que j'ai acheté, elles étaient couleur blanches. Donc autant dire que ça avait noirci. J'ai contacté le service client le 9 juin. Au 18 juillet, toujours pas de nouvelles du sav. J'avais décidé de me commander une 3e paire en marron vicuna. Je me suis dit que "les défauts" du tannage ne se verrait pas. J'ai été déçue du délai du sav et j'ai donc renvoyé la paire le 13 juillet. J'ai appelé 2 fois dans la semaine sans avoir de réponse. Aujourd'hui, j'appelle et j'apprend par surprise que pour le moment mon remboursement est en attente car soit disant les mocassins sont abîmés. Comme par hasard, c'est sur les tranches du cuir comme sur les autres mocassins. Je suis furieuse. Ils n'ont même pas prit la peine d'envoyer les semelles extérieures. On voit bien que les mocassins n'ont pas été portés. Je ne les avais même pas essayé. Elles n'ont pas été au contact avec le sol. Je les avais laissé dans leur carton jusqu'à mon retour de vacances et j'avais renvoyé. C'est inadmissible. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais sur ce site ni cette marque. Je déconseille à tout le monde

This brand is super overpiced and charges so much for something made by the hands of underpaid, abused, and slave chinese workers that get treated like shit by this money laundering brand this is a scam luxury brand that sold themselves out to lvmh and it would be best to NOT buy from this scam operation. I am a great fan of the brand. The prices have gone up too much though and they want you to wait outside of the store in line. For that reason 3 stars. However, I am very happy with my polo shirts. Fabric is great.

I purchased a pair of shoes for €900 and experienced visible damage and excessive creasing after wearing them only three times. Given the price and reputation of the brand, I expected far better quality and durability.

When I raised the issue, I received dismissive responses and no proper assessment of the complaint. I asked two simple and reasonable questions: whether the retailer had actually contacted Loro Piana regarding my complaint, and whether Loro Piana itself considered this level of damage normal after only three days of use. Neither question was answered.

Instead, both the retailer and manufacturer appeared content to refer me back to the other party, leaving me without any solution.

Luxury without service is not luxury at all. Products that may appear beautiful on the surface can quickly prove to be of questionable value despite their royal price tag. I will not even begin to address the other ethical concerns one may have regarding the brand.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing if you expect quality support when problems arise.

Ich hatte kürzlich einen Besuch im Loro Piana Store in München und bin begeistert. Die Beratung war äusserst kompetent, freundlich und perfekt auf meine Persönlichkeit abgestimmt – ohne jeden Kaufdruck. Die Mitarbeiter nahmen sich Zeit, meinen Stil zu verstehen und passten Vorschläge individuell an. Ein echtes Highlight, das Lust auf Wiederholung macht!

Absolutely horrendous. I bought 1,200$ pants and the stitching fell apart within 2 weeks of light wear. When I contacted customer service for a return due to the defect they said it wasn’t covered by the regular return policy, I explained that they had a policy for defects and they still wouldn’t let me return them. Steer clear of this brand. Go with Luca faloni instead.

Ich gönne mir gerne schicke Kleidung und bin bereit, dafür auch etwas mehr Geld auszugeben. Allerdings bin ich entsetzt, dass ein Geschäft wie Loro Piana in der heutigen Zeit immer noch Fell von Tieren verwendet. Nun ja, es gibt viele andere Läden, die sich klar davon abgrenzen und sich über solvente Käuferinnen freuen.

Terrible customer service! We spent a fortune on this brand in the past 10 years, we won’t buy again, that’s for sure! There was a factory fault on a pair of shoes my husband purchased, you would expect some communication of some sort but we’ve been completely dismissed by Yassine.

I just called the number given 10 minutes ago by Troy ( customer care). The person who received call even not a good manner. She forwarded marketing department and no one receive my number. Again call the provided number and she asked me to email!!! And cut the number. The worst experience from Loro piana......

You might do business you might not do business, but you can not Humiliate any person.... Loro piana does not give you that license... No one has that license.

I purchased a Loro Piana bag in their Florence boutique, which was very expensive. The bag had a large decorative lock that fell off just two days after my purchase. This lock was a key part of the bag’s design and gave it its distinctive look, so without it, the bag loses its charm and value.

I reached out multiple times via WhatsApp, directly to the boutique, and through customer service, asking if, as a loyal customer, they could send me a replacement lock. A staff member named Angelica promised she would get back to me with any updates, but she never did. This lack of follow-up is unacceptable and demonstrates a terrible approach to customer care.

I am extremely disappointed in the brand. For such a high-end product and price, I expected better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely shaken my trust in Loro Piana, and I will think twice before purchasing from them again.

Dealing with this brand was one of the most disappointing experiences for me. My husband bought a leather coat, which in few months of wearing turned into pile of garbage. It is difficult to explain, but seems like every time you touched it bits of leather started to rip off to the point where whole coat was just in peaces. Also, it was navy blue, but for some reason colour just disappeared completely leaving coat just dirty colour look. Important to admit, coat was brand new, cost 8000 pounds and never ever was treated badly like left in a sun light or treated with chemicals etc.
after contacting Loropiana head office and manager at Bond Street boutique, I received such disrespect and contempt to customer. It was beyond belief. Also, my family were customers for this brand for years. We never ever received not even apology. Shame on this brand, shame that guy who supposed to represent brand I’m London and massive shame on the quality of the garment which was clearly faulty, and no attempt was made to get it right.
If I could to add pictures I would shock you guys.
So just be very careful.

Who on earth thought the polo shirts supplied by LoroPiano were good enough quality for the Ryder Cup European players ….so poor…the collars were like a frilly skirt.

Ils sont 10/15 salariés , occupés à se parler et le client doit attendre que leurs discussions se finissent pour daigner s’occuper de vous

Very poor customer service. Tried to generate a return and no clear return instructions. No-one responded on the number even after a number of attempts. Then tried a store who couldn’t help. Eventually received an email from them to generate a return. Not what I expected from such a brand.

Skandal aufgedeckt - Staatsanwaltschaft Italien. Statt Made in Italy - Made in China für 100 Euro Herstellungskosten - VK 1100 Euro. Shame you!!!!

Ditta storica di abbigliamento di lusso che si avvale del terziario schiavista cinese come provato recentemente da una sentenza del tribunale. Chi compra Loro Piana è complice dello sfruttamento. Facile fare gli imprenditori così.
