Everybody was so helpful, I was up against a short time frame and the communication back and forth was absolutely brilliant, all the ladies I spoke to very professional very knowledgeable and very helpful. Further to this my wife is absolutely delighted with her ring and it looks absolutely beautiful on her finger! 💍

The online specification is a bit complicated, and I did go wrong. But you can easily call someone who sorts it out and makes sure you get exactly what you’d hoped for. Rebecca was delighted with her ring - which is the most important thing!
