No response from text customer service. No response from email customer service. No response from online chat customer service. No telephone number. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Wrong items arrived, now part of set sold out and I have random pieces that don't go together.

Truly the worst customer service ever. I will never order from them again and I truly believe no one should order from them. Do your self a favor and order from Bloomingdale’s

Purchased dresses for my niece's wedding. Returned the ones that did not fit after1 week of purchase using their return label. That was almost 2 months ago and have not gotten any money back after 3 attempts for response. I am not sure what to do next. It is a lot of money sitting on my credit card and they have at this point stollen my money. Nice dresses, and I used to work at L&T stores but will NEVERRRRRR purchase from them again.

If I had known that the high end, reputable store chain known as Lord and Taylor had declared bankruptcy in 2021 and closed all the brick and mortar stores, I never would have purchased from this online only retailer. The UPS return label they provided was addressed to Chic Home Designs LLC.

I returned a robe that I had only tried on on the day I received it using their provided label. They received it 12/7/2023. I contacted them 12/14/2023 to be told they had a back log processing refunds. I contacted them 1/14/2024 asking where my refund was and received the same sort of response. I replied that I wanted my refund and they replied they had escalated my inquiry to the team. On 1/19/2024, I emailed again and said I was contacting American Express if I didn’t receive a refund immediately. I haven’t heard from them since. I have turned everything over to American Express.

Don't have a problem or question with this outfit. I've tried to use a variety of options such as email, txt, and the support chat. To no avail. Crickets. I kept trying, repeatedly, cutting and pasting the origninal question, send link to my shopping cart so they have the most info possible. Nothing, nada. The telephone is not an option. I had a cart full of items I was trying to purchase (but was having trouble with the promotion codes). The cart just sat there and the sales period expired. Oh well. But imagine this is how they treat someone trying to place an order. They ignore folks trying to part with their money! Imagine if you are trying to get money back, return something and you have a question. This is a warning, don't get yourself in that position.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a dress 2 times. The first time it was on sale and I ordered from the website because it said my size was available. When it did not arrive, I contacted the store to find out where it was. They said the dress was not in stock but didn't refund my money until I contacted them. I ordered again at the higher price and was sent a link to an app called Shop to track the shipment. The app showed that the dress was delivered but it never arrived. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. Right after I filed the claim, the order (that never arrived) was cancelled. I re-ordered the dress from Bloomingdale's and will never shop at Lord & Taylor again.

Do not order from this company!!!!! I payed for fast shipping, it took two weeks for them to even ship it. Then they did not put my full address or name on the package. So my post office sent it back the day it came in. They said all it had on the package was the city and zip code. I’m still trying to fight them on a return and full shipment return. Especially since they did not ship in a timely manner or put my house and street name on the package. I payed with PayPal so they had all my info. Believe the reviews this company isnt worth ordering from. Now I’m hoping to get my $60 refunded. This was a very expensive lesson to learn!

I have purchased one dress on lord&taylor.com and they charged my account twice for the same dress. I’ve been trying to dispute this with them through their Help email. I have sent several emails. I’ve also tried to text message with them and also chatted with no luck. I need to have my money back you charge two different cards for one dress. I did dispute this with my bank. I also will refuse the dress when it comes and return it to sender because of the way I’ve been treated since December 30. No response no help.

Lord & Taylor DBA "The Saadia Group" is a fraudulent company. I have yet to receive my refund after requesting the status of my refund several times.

I have returned the wrong item they sent me and have proof the have received the item, and no confirmation was sent to me to update me on the receipt of the returned item or that my refund is processing.

It is sad companies like this have taken a well-known department store and does dirty unethical things behind the scenes to deceive customers. I will be contacting my attorney to proceed with small claims.

I ordered shoes from you site two times. The site indicated the shoes were "in stock". Paid in full plus shipping. A full week late my PayPal was credited for the cost minus shipping with no indiction that the order was cancelled or why. I had to email you to credit the $7.99 shipping. I checked again if the shoes were in stock. Site indicated they were. Ordered them, and the same thing happened again.

I don’t have my item yet. I ordered on 12/21 and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. My item was shipped on 12/26 and hasn’t made progress since then (today is 1/3). USPS just says it’s awaiting item at next location. 2-3 day shipping equals priority shipping in USPS language. When my package stopped moving through USPS, I noticed it was shipped using Parcel Select which is the cheapest GROUND shipping that takes the longest. I had to actually dig through their site to see that the upcharge isn’t for faster shipping, it’s to make the workers pack your order in the amount of time you paid extra for.

I need this dress for a wedding plus I will probably have to have it altered. I’ll be shocked if I get it in time for the wedding. It definitely won’t be here in time for any alterations. Absolute waste of money. Will never order from here again and I will be posting this review everywhere I can. I thought this company was reputable…I should have checked review websites before spending money here.

I paid 995 extra to have it shipped to me in 2 to 3 business days I ordered on December 25th it's not coming in until January 3rd you guys should refund me the 995 but I can't even speak to somebody live it's ridiculous and I will never order from you guys again especially paying extra shipping for you guys to give it to me the same time I would have got it with regular shipping I feel like you stole money from me

Awesome customer service and easy navigation on website. I like how I am updated periodically on the status of my order. Fast shipping.

I'm updating my wardrobe and bringing it the knew. Lord&Taylor is making that so affordable and I can look chic in my younger days all over again! LOL, I didn't
even realize that they had gone out business, or merge with Nordstrom. I actually wet to the mall. I'm just now recently shopping, with L&R but that's OK I'm still finding wonderful deals Thank-you L&R for all coupons as well. I did miss a few by viewing my messages other to find them in my emails. But that's not holding me back, I'm still having fun with my online shopping experience with L&T💯

This company is a fraud!

Stay away from this site. They take your money and customer service sucks. Please don’t order from them their return policy is not true

Run. This company is at best incompetent and at worst pirates hiding behind the once respected reputation of the old Lord & Taylor that they purchased.
In July I ordered a dress that I was considering as a mother of the bride dress. When it arrived, I saw that the colors were wrong so I immediately requested and received a return label. I returned the dress via UPS THE SAME DAY.
Unfortunately, UPS lost the dress. Lord & Taylor has yet to refund my purchase ($650) however they have made a claim to UPS. I discovered this after I contacted UPS, but was told that since L&T was both the shipper and the recipient I had no ability to make a claim.
Lord & Taylor has my money. They also have UPS money. They have been paid twice. I email L&T weekly and am told repeatedly that they are looking into it and appreciate my patience. This shouldn’t be my job. Customer Service is created to be a help not an imaginary service designed to wear you down until you give up. I am dumbfounded that this company is knowingly keeping my money from me. I am a senior on a fixed income and trying to pay for a wedding as well.
It has been six months of constant communication on my part, and consistent stonewalling on their part. I will never see this money. I realize this as I read the many negative reviews on this site.
Please don’t buy anything from these people. They are thieves.

I ordered a moncler coat they sent the wrong size and color I went to take it to Saks because it felt lightweight for the price and I was told the coat is not authentic it’s fake. I’ve tried to get my money back and nothing so far. They are selling fake designer items

Ordered a coverlet and then 4 days later, and before my item even arrived, it was reduced by $40. I contacted customer service — which is only available through email. Days later I get a response that there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

Used to be a good company but now horrible. Scam company like everyone said. Will never order from them again. I never received the dress that I paid for. Dress cost over $400. It was supposedly delivered by UPS to an "other" location. They have my address and the dress was supposed to be shipped and delivered to my home address. After 3 weeks, emailed customer service. No response. Went through their chat line. No response. Started a BBB complaint and initiated a dispute with my CCC. My CCC immediately gave me a conditional credit while trying to resolve the issue. They are yet to respond to my CCC or BBB in nearly 2 weeks. CCC has indicated that if no response from L&T by Feb 7, my credit becomes permanent. Buyer beware when dealing with L&T.
