I bought a dress. Did not want to do Pay Pal because they charge. I signed up for the 4 payments. They took out the first payment then emailed they were refunding with no info on the dress or any informaton. I sent an email with all the information and this is the response I get. No information on the dress. Do you consider that appropriate treatment for a past customer in fact. I guess that doesn't count.

If I could give zero starts I would. Terrible customer service, no response from emails, the texts don't work. I requested two days shipping, never got that either. I needed these clothes for a trip for Alaska and I leave tomorrow without my clothes. CANCEL MY ORDER #183831240

I ordered a duvet cover. The measurements given on your website are wrong so it does not fit my comforter. I wanted a response to that. I would like to return it or get a refund.

It’s 2 weeks after making the purchases, the items have not even been shipped yet so therefore they will not arrive on time for my event so i tried to cancel the order twice by email but no response from anyone, and all the customer service numbers posted online is bogus so there’s no way to contact Lord & Taylor. Impossible situation. Zero stars from me 👎🏽

I placed my order three weeks ago and it still wasn't shipped. Customer service doesn't exist. Worst experience.

My order never shipped and I have already made one payment through AfterPay.

I didn't get my order as yet! I sent two emails about it, with NO response. Please email me as to my missing order.

I returned a very expensive dress, I have proof that it was received by Lord and taylor since March, I still did not get my refund. They don't answer emails and their phone number and chats don't work. The same email that gave me the return label is not answering anymore.
They take the product back but they don't refund

Do not buy from Lord and Taylor. No one responds to text. The chat doesn’t work and the customer service stops responding to email when they know they have fraudulently stolen my money and havnt delivered the merchandise. They even went to the extent of blocking my IP. Thank you for showing customers that you are dishonest thefts. The fact that I didn’t receive my merchandise and you refuse to refund me on such a matter is disgusting. Don’t worry business bureau will deal with your theft properly.

I got bad experiences with lord and Taylor I order twice and since February 23, I didn’t got my order and NOT refund, received partial item that was wrong , no one to contact, phone and email not working , please do not make any order with this company, they still my money… do u want rate it’s O rate. I’m planning on contacting shame on you

Terrible service!!! I place an item on 3/25/24 and even paid expedite shipping but as of today no item received

Almost 3 weeks later and no shipping information or response from customer service

Lack of communication after I placed my order. One item was refunded back to my card without telling me it's not available. Another item has still not shipped 2 weeks later. I tried contacting customer service, no response via text or email; live chat is not working on the site.

Do not purchase anything them. There is no customer service, they sold fake designer products, and they will accept a return but will never refund your money. They owe me a lot of money.

I have been charged for a dress that has not been shipped. It has been over 2 weeks and the oder status is unfilled and I cannot get anyone to respond when I send texts or emails. The dress is for an upcoming event and I need it or I need it refunded so I can find a dress for the event in time!
