I once liked their shoes a lot and placed many orders. Now their customer service is just incredibly rude and unhelpful. They canceled my order, never shipped a pair of shoes, and gave me a refund lower than the price. They also claimed that I used a "fraudulent discount code". Like that could be a thing! Tried to return another pair, and seemd that they tried to stop you from doing that by charging you the return shipping fees, not even just deducting that from the refund! How greedy it becomes. How sad that it is driving away interested customers like this.

I bought a pair of shoes from them that they got in the mail and they were too small so I decided to exchange them for the next size up and I had paid for free returns. I paid in advance for that when I tried to exchange the shoes, they wanted to charge me an additional $50 for the exact same shoes in half a size up they do have a phone number which they never answer no matter how many times you leave a message and they are incredibly slow to respond to emails.

This company does sell shoes, but otherwise they are crooks. Their website showed a 2" heel but the shoe has a 3" heel. When I returned the $150 shoe I was charged $23.95 even though I paid $3.98 for "free returns and exchanges" at checkout. When I called them, their voicemail says they're busy and to leave a message. I emailed them and they responded basically, tough luck. I am so angry. Their website was inaccurate and I paid for free returns ahead of time! Do not order from this company.
