Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I asked them if they could do a particular repair on my sash window and they kindly recommended a few companies who could, which was really kind - they could just have said no. Also super friendly.

Very pleased with the work I have had carried out. A team of five arrived and the project management of the tasks required was great. I had eight windows refurbished and fitted with double glazing and all went very smoothly. All the guys knew exactly where they were needed and worked really well together. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Brief but thorough initial inspection followed by quotation.
On agreed date team of six arrived and set up mobile workshop out side. Thorough repair job which involved removing and rebuilding window frames to fourth floor windows of a terraced house in Inner London. Arrived 7.30 am departed 3pm leaving all clear and tidy. No breaks. Cheerful and polite. Half or third of cost of newones

London Sash Windows have just done a marvelous job on two windows for me. A window which they installed a while ago needed some adjustment and an older window which they had not even installed themselves but were willing to put right for me. As before when they installed 3 windows several years ago they were efficient, polite and very tidy. Costin was at pains to explain exactly what the problem was and what he had done to solve it, not ( I confess) that I understood ,but very much appreciated even so.
I highly recommend the company. There are many companies out there, and you may find one less expensive, but you can trust London Sash Windows to do a good job , and if, as was the case this time, put things right if there is a problem.

I have used this company 3 times and they have been brilliant every time. Their motivation is always to repair rather than replace, which is excellent for our conservation area, they work fast as a team, they keep the work area very clean, and clean up before they go. In my case have have managed to get windows rebuilt within one or two days. Dan is very communicative and lets you know exactly what is going on, and any issues you may have. Excellent!

Thanks for an excellent installation of draught proofing guys, and please start using review systems because I nearly didn't find you. Hopefully someone gets the message. These guys have been around years and they don't use reviews, it nearly put me off using them but sure glad it did not!
