London Guitar Studio Omdömen

Always kept in touch as regards my delivery.

Website clear and easy to use. I rang for information and they were very helpful. Guitar is excellent, it's quality way above the price.
Delivery faster than I thought.
Highly recommended business

A quick service from ordering through to delivery. Good job!

The item was one I ordered, the delivery was quick.

Attentive staff who know what they are talking about. Very helpful. Not forceful.

I had a list of guitars I wanted to try and they were all available. I applied a scoring system for the different qualities. I was also shown some others to consider and I am extremely satisfied that I came away with the right guitar. Great service, choice of stock and made the experience of buying a new guitar very pleasant.

Just perfect from browsing site to quick delivery as promised

Brilliant service. I am delighted with my new guitar. An administrative mistake occurred and it was put right promptly with good grace and kindness. I bought on line and found the sevice beyond expectations. I was able to explore all options by phone with excellent outcome.

Straightforward ordering process and prompt delivery. Recommended.

Ordered an Alhambra 7P guitar with a soft case and two books, to be delivered to Northumberland. Needed to be delivered to my parent’s address as I was at work. Order arrived the next day. All in good condition and the guitar is exceptional. My nephew also had a large cardboard box to play with. This was the first time ordering a musical instrument online and I was pleasantly surprised by the process. I can happily recommend the LGS for purchasing a quality classical guitar

Excellent package, came with a nice bag. The guitar looks beautiful it's a shame I can't play due to my shoulder replacement but doc says maybe December I'll be fit to play. Thanks LGS for a great service.

Good prices, straightforward transaction, I continue to be a happy customer.

Excellent selection and a very speedy delivery.
Thank you.

Great service thank you

This is probably the most genuine and pleasant guitar buying experience I have had online and by phone support period. No nonsense friendly advice on choosing the right guitar, Alhambra 3C classical in my case. They were also helpful in correcting my order before shipment, and even went as far as doing a setup to lower the action of the guitar when I mentioned what action I am used to on a steel string. Plays beautifully after a quick tune up. Very fast next day delivery, and came packaged to protect against damage. I highly recommend LondonGuitarStudio, and would definitely purchase from them again.

I received my quality products from London Guitar Studio super fast and very securely packaged. Great service. I'd definitely shop with them again.

A good choice of classical guitar strings.
Same day despatch , which I thought was really good.
Delivery in two days by Royal Mail.
5star service.

Items arrived in perfect condition and were precisely as per their description. Very happy with the purchase,

Second time I have purchased from London guitar studio and again fast dispatch and fast delivery. Will purchased again.

Product as described. Well built. Fast and efficient process and delivery. Thanks

The item I ordered arrived very quickly and was exactly as was advertised.

However I did have some difficulties accessing the online Pay-Pal payment service and so before using the alternative option to pay with my credit card, as I had not previously used this company I decided to telephone them to ensure they were a bonafide concern, where despite it only being around 08:30 hrs my telephone call was answered straight away and after a brief conversation with a very pleasant lady I was completely satisfied that this was indeed the case.
