Superb service
Superb service. Patient, genuine advice, not driven by trying to a particular guitar that suited them. Guitar shops are often intimidating, and this is a serious shop so the stakes were high, but it was very relaxed and low key. Pricing highly competitive too - no need to haggle, which is another off putting feature of many guitar shops.

This is great to hear, obviously buying a guitar is a big decision so for some people they know straightaway and for others they like to play and have a think about it after. Whatever suits you. As we are a bricks and mortar shop we also try to price match where we can but hope that the experience and knowledge we offer can help you in your ultimate decision. Never hesitate to contact us with questions, we are happy to help, many thanks again, LGS.

Stefi gives excellent advice and is a pleasure to deal with. On this occasion her advice on the best guitar support was spot on. I also recently bought an expensive guitar she had particularly recommended for my needs and it is perfect for me. Thanks!

Sage works guitar support
Good service, I would have given 5 stars but I had to pay for p&p to return the initial faulty item, as such that added £10:00 to the cost of an already quite expensive item.

I'm very happy with the custom from London Guitar Studio. Not only do they stock books otherwise hard to find in Rep. of Ireland, but also their shipping is very swift. Received the goods in four working days.

I had researched many guitars before…
I had researched many guitars before making my choice. I was worried about buying online as I could not get to London. As any guitarist will tell you, try before you buy, but I did not have this option. I did not need to worry. The instrument arrived in great condition and is exactly the specification I wanted. What a relief! The delivery was efficient and the packing was excellent. So, I would not hesitate to recommend the London Guitar Studio if you want to buy a high quality guitar online.

Thank you so much for the kind feedback. Since Covid we do actually have quite a few customers who cannot come to the shop so will buy online and it is usually successful for them. Equally we are very happy and do encourage people to come in and try the full range in our shop, especially if they are in two minds! We can talk you through you options over the phone or by email and we use a trusted courier service to send the guitar out to you that day. The guitar usually arrives the next working day to boot.
We are very happy that you had such a good experience and thanks again for the review, LGS.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. It would be helpful if you could give an approximate grading for each piece of music. I am grade 6 and according to the internet, the fuga 1 by Brouwer should be manageable for grade 6 players, with a bit of work. In my opinion, this is incorrect, in that it is a complex piece for grade 8 or above. It’s a brilliant piece of music, but I don’t know if I will ever be able to play it!

Svar från London Guitar Studio
We usually go on the recommendation from the music publisher on the level but if you would like to get further advice then ring or email the shop as we can also give you further guidance on what might be suitable or suggest different pieces. Thanks for the feedback and we are sure you will be playing the piece after lots of practice, or sooner! Kind regards, LGS.

A company that gives great service.
I had a phone call to tell me the strings I ordered were not in stock but being reordered. A week or so later I received a pack of more expensive strings at no extra cost for which I was delighted and very grateful.
