I was going back and forward with my landlord and different companies and engineers trying to locate this issue with my pipe work, this was causing me anxiety and stress.

Liam found the cause and repaired within an hour.

Had Josh Sharkey and Byron do some major works in our property today due to a huge leak/flood from the drains. Amazing customer service, 10/10 fellas. Did what looked like a few days job in a single day. Went out there way to make sure everything was done to good standards. Amazing in general, would highly recommend.

Hi there today 12th May 26 I had Lee and Deavon visit my home for I'm greatful.

Well I must say hat's off to both of them for being very polite and well mannered, for keeping me upto date with there thoroughness at seeking where the correct drainage site was, to using a digital piece of equipment with a camera at the end to see where the issue is. Lords Will Lee and Deavon will be back to rectify the problem next week.

To London Drainage you've got a good team.

Put plastic show wrap protectors on when walking into the house and on the carpet. Very friendly identified the issue immediately did not waste time to fix and explained exactly what he had to do to fix.
Very good explained what to do to not have issues in the future.

Punctual, professional and did a good job. A bit on the pricy side.

We had a blocked stack and i have been bailing out raw sewage for 20 days. We had multiple drainers attend the emergency. After 20 days of failure Scott N turned up and fixed the issue in less than 30mins. Amazing. He showed initiative and a willingness to fix the
problem. He actually cared about his job. Something all the others
seemed unable do.

There was a leak coming through my ceiling . Arron was great, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was in detail and replied to texts and phone calls promptly. What a refreshing experience.

Rob England attended to resolve an ongoing stack issue.
He was very professional polite and very thorough in his work.
Worked on the stack (5 th floor) and 2 inspection Chambers on ground. He informed on what he found and done to resolve the issue. Finally he cleaned all work areas. I work as a building service engineer and deal with drainage companies a lot. Best experience I have had to date today with Rob and London Drainage Facilities. Highly recommended

He arrived promptly at 8am, was clean, presentable, and immediately came across as knowledgeable and professional. From the outset, it was clear he took real pride in his work. He was thorough, diligent, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.

Liam came today on time, identify kindly asked if it’s all right to walk with his shoes on ( I was surprised) he was very kind asked about the problem, listened carefully when I explained and then he start sorting out the problem with the drain.
